Motivated by the exciting notion of modular metric spaces, in this manuscript, we positively answer an open question posed by Mitrovic et al. [Ital. J. Pure Appl. Math., 41 (2019), 679-690] on the existence of fixed points of Hardy-Rogers contractions. Moreover, in the said setting, we conceive the common fixed point theorem of Jungck. As consequences of our findings, we deduce a few fixed point and common fixed point results which authenticate the novelty of the obtained theories. Finally, we construct numerical examples to validate our study.

In this paper we have used the concept of bi-metric space and intoduced the concept of bi-b-metric space. our objective is to obtain the common fixed point theorems for two mappings on two different b-metric spaces induced on same set X. In this paper we prove that on the set X two b-metrics are defined to form two different b-metric spaces and the two mappings defined on X have unique common fixed point.

Fixed point is an important branch of analysis to enhance its literature the prime .The object of this paper is to prove the common fixed point theorems for six self mapping taking the pair of maps as coincidentally commutating and compatible in an intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Space. Our result is an extended and generalized result of Kumar et al.[11]

The objective of this paper is to emphasize the Common Fixed Point in Fuzzy 2- Metric Spaces and prove a common fixed point theorem of compatible mappings of type (R) in fuzzy 2-metric space. We consider four mappings of which one is continuous. The results generalize many results in the literature. Some illustrative examples are furnished which demonstrate the validity of the hypotheses and the degree of utility of our results.

AbstractIn this paper, we aim to discuss the common fixed point of Proinov type mapping via simulation function. The presented results not only generalize, but also unify the corresponding results in this direction. We also consider an example to indicate the validity of the obtained results.

In the present paper we establish a common fixed point theorem and apply it to find new best approximation results for ordered subcompatible mappings in the hyperbolic ordered metric space. Our results unify, generalize and complement various known results.
