Aircraft scheduled maintenance with their preciseness, complexity, has the characteristics of the planning, for high requirement of man-hour management. Man-hour maintenance standards data is the most important in production management of the quantization standard, which is the key to reasonable use of human resources, keep the maintenance quality, improve the production efficiency and reduce cost. According to production management system of scheduled maintenance the application requirements, business processes of production analyzed; Maintenance of production man-hour foundation database system structure, knowledge acquisition, and data warehouse etc are discussed; SQL server 2008 building database and C# language develop core program, for aircraft scheduled maintenance to offer an effective management mode.

This paper presents a method to automatically extract structure knowledge of mechanical systems from natural language text. The current work extends our prior work on extracting function knowledge from text, which was presented at last year’s conference. The method uses rules based on a combination of syntactic, lexical, and redundancy information to identify structure knowledge from parsed text. Three case studies were conducted to evaluate the method. The case studies involved extracting physical connections among a known set of components of a bicycle frame, an internal combustion engine, and a drum brake from Wikipedia. The current work makes progress toward addressing the challenge of knowledge acquisition for knowledge-based CAD systems.

To solve the problem of reduction of suspension force of permanent magnet system with variable magnetic flux path control, according to the structure of the system, suspension principle of the permanent magnet system with variable magnetic flux path control and the generation principle of the load torque, the influence of the mechanical structure of the system on the suspension force is analyzed by changing part of parameters of the system structure. The results show that the existence of magnetic isolation plate is the main reason for the decrease of suspension force, the permanent magnet ring can be thickened to 11.91 mm, the annular gap can be reduced to 1 mm, thickness of the “F” shaped magnetizer can be increased to 9 mm to increase the suspension force.
