Abstract Rising requirements for the hydrocarbons production management system state are based on the industrial situation control necessity according to the environmental conditions. Development of the system construction and complexity indicates the integrative approach implementation reasonability for the producing capacity main indexes estimation and regularity of pace parameters evaluation as well as the layer productiveness level identification. Data processing and management tasks are the waymarks for the industrial multilevel structures models creation. Computer integrated model includes the estimated analytical tool for the extended operational functional support for the production parameters evaluation and technological process state diagnostics in changeable conditions and productive region origin and features traceability. Based on the well observations it is possible to apply the systematic approach for the trends occurrence and dynamics evaluation of the reservoir development time series data. And integrated decision includes the information value degree identification tool for the hydrocarbons production digital model updating.

Climate change which is one of the main determinants of agricultural production has started affecting the crop growth pattern and yield from past couple of decades in various agro-climatic zones globally. Under such scenario, the prior forecasting of yield of field crops such as wheat via modeling techniques can help in simplifying the crop production management system starting from farmer’s level to policy makers. The present study was thus undertaken to model the wheat yield of Ludhiana district of  Indian Punjab through regression analysis of historical data (1993-2017) of wheat yield and climatic conditions in the area. The developed model was successfully validated with a strong positive correlation (R2=0.81) between predicted and observed data. Both observed and predicted yields were having similar trend with a minimum and maximum absolute differential error of 0.1 and 13.9% respectively. The developed model may serve as a powerful tool for predicting the future yield of wheat crop with available futuristic climatic data of the study area.

The article examines the relevance of creating a lean production management system as an organization of activities focused on increasing the attractiveness of the technical, economic and aesthetic qualities of a product or service for the consumer, achieving stable development of the organization through continuous improvement of business processes through the involvement of personnel and the elimination of all types of losses. The authors describe in detail the stages of the creation of the DARINA Operating System in the Tchaikovsky branch of Gazprom Bytovye Sistemy JSC. The importance of the formation of a culture of lean production among all participants in business processes has been substantiated. Research into the prevalence and effectiveness of lean manufacturing in the Perm Territory in general and in the Chaikovsky District in particular shows the growing interest of business and government in the implementation of lean manufacturing technologies. This situation contributes to the development of the organization as a conductor of the ideas of lean production in the region. At present, shaping the methodology for using the principles of lean production and the principles of lean management of sustainable development, providing support to enterprises of the Perm Territory, the Chaikovsky branch of JSC Gazprom Bytovye Sistemy is successfully developing and expanding the boundaries of its potential capabilities, not only in the production of products that best meet the needs of consumers in relation to quality, design and price, but also a more multifaceted implementation of the principle of social responsibility as a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the company through participation in projects aimed at strengthening social support for the population.

A virtual enterprise providing various stages of production of complex machine-building products by a network of interacting organizations is considered. The imperfection of the production management system within the framework of a virtual enterprise of this type is noted and it is proposed to improve it with the help of non-traditional application of production flow standards (PFS), extending this concept to the virtual enterprise as a whole. The composition of production flow standards, both traditional and non-traditional, which should be formed in the information systems of organizations, forming a virtual enterprise, is given. The procedure for the formation of production flow standards in these information systems and the procedure for their use for managing serial production management are considered. Recommendations on methods for calculating non-traditional production flow standards are formulated. The main projects that determine the practical implementation of proposals for the non-traditional application of production flow standards are indicated.

With the development of online information sharing, high-tech equipment for collaborative production management of power enterprises emerges endlessly. Therefore, it is necessary to design the collaborative production management system of power enterprises based on online information sharing to meet the information sharing needs. In terms of the hardware, the B/S structure was built, and the computer was debugged with Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). In terms of the software, Hadoop horizontal architecture technology framework was designed, the physical deployment was carried out, the production management center module was designed, and the production operation chain was monitored and managed to realize the collaborative production management of power enterprises. The experimental results showed that the designed collaborative production management system of power enterprise had high reliability and friendliness, the highest reliability is 97.2%, the highest friendliness is 99.8%, which meets the current demand.
