Administration can literally be interpreted as an activity or effort to help,serve, direct, or provide all activities to achieve goals. In general, educators in Indonesia are know as instructors, namely educational staff who are related to the administration of education with special assigment as the teaching profession. School/school principals, supervisors of education units, administrative staff, library staff, laboratory personnel, study group management technicians, and tutors, who discuss organizing education to find goals. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the administration of educators and educational staff is the overall process of educators who discuss planing, organizing, directing, reporting, coordinating, monitoring and financing, using or using available facilities, both personal, spiritual material to obtain educational goals effectively and efficiently. The administrative processes of educators and education are planning, procurement, placement, and implementation.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze what is the administration of educators and education personnel. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration.
