This qualitative study investigated the process of Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) storytelling created by tour guides. It explored the strategies that DMZ guides use and their influences at this complex site. This study investigates the training of the guides, their viewpoints on the DMZ, and the factors that influence their storytelling, taking guide status into consideration. A total of thirteen tour guides were interviewed. The findings identify various storytelling components that are used to build relationships with tourists, deliver an immersive experience, and provide the core information and regulations of the tour. Therefore, the proposed conceptual model includes three components that contribute to the creation of a memorable experience: the guide and the tourists, the guide and the site, and the tourists and the site. The findings enrich the body of literature on storytelling and could be used by travel agencies to create new training programs for DMZ tour guides and travel package group management. In addition, DMZ tours could be redesigned to increase the effectiveness of storytelling.

The subject of this research is the technology of management of mobile robot groups in the concept of Industry 4.0 and its composition. The purpose of this article is to find ways to implement an effective strategy for building and managing mobile robotic platforms in Warehousing, as a key tool of Lean Production. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to analyze the management of supply chains in Smart Manufacturing, within Industry 4.0 and its impact on achieving the goals of Lean Production; to study the evolution of technologies used in Warehousing in the dynamics of the Industrial Revolution; to analyze the evolution of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) as one of the most important components on the basis of which the requirements for automation of Warehousing automation in Smart Manufacturing with group management of mobile robotic platforms are implemented and achieved; to compare the impact of the technologies used by Warehousing 4.0 and Warehouse Management Systems on the key indicators of Lean Production. Results: One of the promising ways to achieve the effectiveness of the implementation of Lean Production tools in WMS systems is the use of Collaborative Robot System technology, which makes it possible to ensure a high density of product storage in Warehousing. However, modern mobile robotic platforms have their limitations both in the methods of loading and unloading products, and in the design. Therefore, the authors see the task in improving the design of mobile robotic platforms, which will develop a new intelligent group method of loading and unloading products, increasing the storage density for a variety of goods. Conclusions: The paper compares the impact of Warehousing 4.0 and Warehouse Management Systems on key Lean Production tools, which shows how the introduction of new group management technologies for robotic platforms in Warehousing 4.0 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) affects the effectiveness of Lean Production tools such as Heijunka, Just-in-time, 5S. This suggests that the introduction of new models and methods of managing complex warehouses with high density and chaotic storage of products, through the use of mobile robotic autonomous systems, will significantly optimize the process of supply chain management in Smart Manufacturing.

The purpose of this research is to find a strategy in developing Creative Business Groups in Menteng Village, precisely in the RT 05/RW XII environment and its surroundings. The group's efforts have been to recycle used tires into useful items, for example making flower pots and others, focusing on the environmental theme. Furthermore, mentoring is carried out because the group understands that they have potential in the field of business for the development of their group. They mobilize the community to join together in managing the business and its environment in collaboration with stakeholders (RT). The strategy used is to analyze pentagonal assets and determine asset advantages using the Orid Technique, which is then described in the program strategy analysis table (related to program potential, expectations, and plans). The summary of the agreed program is to strengthen group management and design development efforts for infrastructure development before the business is realized. The Asset Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) approach is used as the method of this action research, namely community development carried out based on the assets owned, namely human, social, and supportive environmental assets. Community development process with independent participation (self-mobilization) through Appreciative Inquiry. The discovery of data is covered in the FGD process, interviews, observation and documentation, and the evaluation techniques used are before-after and historical plots. Program changes can be analyzed by looking at the development of a more structured group management and realizing the development of a business development plan. So that if the business starts operating, in the future it can have an impact on strengthening the economy, social and environment of the community.

Abstract The main problem in developing the shallot area in Malang District is the weak institutional consolidation of farmers. This article aims to formulate a strategy for the transformation of existing farmer institutions towards the institutionalization of farmer corporations in the shallot area. The research method was carried out with a case study approach through in-depth interviews with eight units of farmer group management, four farmer group associations, and one cooperative institution in two sample subdistricts, namely Ngantang and Pujon, in Malang District, East Java Province. The research was conducted in July 2019. The results showed that the institutional performance of the farmer group association was at a moderate level measured by the role and business activities, while the cooperative was at a less developed level in encouraging the development of competitive and sustainable shallot agribusiness areas. The institutional performance of farmer group associations and cooperatives has shown that they are starting to work, but the working mechanism is not yet effective. The strategy for the institutional transformation of association and cooperatives towards farmer corporations can be carried out by adding new structures to follow an integrated agribusiness, expanding the objectives to be achieved, adding new business activities, and strengthening horizontal and vertical through integrated agribusiness partnerships.

The problem of finding the optimal solution in a self-organizing autonomous group robotic system under conditions of uncertainty is considered. A method for assessing the quality of group management based on a statistical and probabilistic decision-making criterion under uncertainty conditions has been developed. A distinctive feature of the method is the use of trust metrics. This approach allows us to identify and reduce the influence of destabilizing factors in the process of information interaction in an autonomous group of cyber-physical objects. The results can be used in the development of algorithms for group control of swarms of autonomous robotic complexes.
