Administration is a form of business and activity related to a policy arrangement in order to achieve a goal that has been set or has been designed and made before carrying out activities. And also supervision can be called Supervision which is an effort to help the development and improvement of parties in supervision so that they can carry out the tasks assigned activities efficiently and effectively. Whereas the supervisor is someone who carries out the supervision. There are two characteristics and nature of supervision that is natural and that is good. Supervision also has the functions and duties of the Coordinator, Consultant, Group Leader, Evaluator. The purpose of supervision is to provide assistance to subordinates directly, so that subordinates have sufficient stock to be able to carry out tasks or jobs with good results and orientation, train workers, lead, provide direction, and develop personal skills.
