The word "administration" comes from the Latin word consisting of ad and ministrare. The word ad has the same meaning as the todalam word in English, which means "to" or "to". And ministrare is the same as the word to serve or to conduct which means "to serve", "help", or direct ". In English to administer also means "to manage", "maintain" (to look after), and "direct". So, the word "administration" can be interpreted as an activity or effort to help, serve, direct, or regulate all activities in achieving a goal. Administration is a form of business and activity related to a policy arrangement in order to achieve a goal that has been set or has been designed and made before carrying out activities. And also supervision can be called Supervision which is an effort to help the development and improvement of parties in supervision so that they can carry out the tasks assigned activities efficiently and effectively. Whereas the supervisor is someone who carries out the supervision. There are two characteristics and nature of supervision that is natural and that is good. Supervision also has the functions and duties of the Coordinator, Consultant, Group Leader, Evaluator. This article was created with the aim of understanding the reader about basic knowledge about education administration. The reader is expected to be motivated to provide something different in the process of improvement in the world of education for both students and all the scope of education that exists after the reader learns and understands the administration of education. because a teacher in addition to being the administrator of education administration is also responsible for education that happens correctly. This article discusses the basic concepts, processes and scope of education administration. writing this article using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the first step taken is researchers find relevant theories then make conclusions about the material obtained, then analyst data has been found, then create new researchers who analyze based on information. The results of this article are based on the analysis of researchers in general there are four steps to conducting education administration.
