Abstract Copper Alloy No. C82000 is an age-hardenable copper-base casting alloy containing nominally 0.6% beryllium. Its common name is Beryllium Copper Casting Alloy 10C. It offers fairly high strength and moderate ductility with good resistance to corrosion. Its applications include bearings and bushings, current-carrying parts, contacts and switch blades, resistance-welding tips and soldering-iron tips.
