RA 330TX
Abstract RA 330TX is a high-strength austenitic heat-resistant alloy with exceptional oxidation and carburization resistance. It offers 130% greater creep and rupture strength than standard RA 330 (Alloy Digest SS-11, revised August 1970) at 1800 F. Carburization and oxidation resistance are enhanced by controlled high silicon. Its many uses include furnace fans and fan shafts, muffles, retorts, heat exchangers and coal gasifier internals. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: SS-431. Producer or source: Rolled Alloys Inc..
