Total hip arthroplasty is the most effective way of treating coxarthrosis at a late stage. Total hip arthroplasty is especial effective in case of expressed dysplasia of hip. More than 27% of the patients operated on total hip arthroplasty were diagnosed by dysplasia of the hip, characterized by double-sided pathological process [1]. In most cases, dysplastic coxarthrosis leads to a significant deformation of the hip violating the professional adaptation of the patients. The main aspects of radical treatment of the dysplastic coxarthrosis, special operation techniques, and types of the implants are considered in this article. The effectiveness of the single-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty with double-side pathological process was proven practically, with further observation of the treatment results.
