Pipe-jacking method has been widely used in municipal engineering for its relatively simpler equipment and lower environment impacts. Since intact sections were used in traditional pipes, their application is restrained by transportation when the diameter is too large. A split prefabricated pipe-jacking structure design method is proposed in this paper. The traditional intact pipe section is split into several segments for assembling in the construction site, which can solve the transportation and stocking problem.

Inspection well is needed for water drainage pipe jacking project in municipal engineering construction, and the deep ones are usually built by sunk tube method. According to a real project, this paper dissertates the construction technique of deep buried inspection well with sunk tube method under the condition of abundant water existence form the aspect of design theory and construction technique and emphasizes the problems and countermeasures during tube sinkage. The practice shows that inspection well with sunk tube method could resolve the difficulty of construction in Water-soaked Stratum.

In this paper, the design and application of smart wheelchair and charging station for disabled citizen is realized. The first stage of the paper is to make the wheelchair used by our disabled citizens able to access smart home technology via the vehicle via touch screen. The ability of citizens with disabilities to call with direct access via touch screen is also in the wheelchair designed. Thanks to the touch screen placed on the vehicle, disabled citizens are provided with the control of smart automation to control many objects such as curtains and doors in the home. In the second part of the paper, a solar powered charging station is designed and installed in order to charge battery powered wheelchairs. In the charging station made a special card reader system and has the charger to charge the card with disabilities to actively and means are provided.
