Targeted at key technological difficulties of pre-stressed concrete bridge with precast segment assembling in short-line matching method, combined with the as-built projects and those under construction, this essay introduces systematic segmental precast assembly externally prestressed concrete construction technology in short-line matching method, and the developed serial complete equipments set, thus realizing development trend of factory-orientation, large-scale, mechanization, standardization of modern bridge construction.

In construction of medium span, small span and commonly long span bridges, the prestressed concrete continuous beams are playing an important role and the vistas of development of the bridges is vast. The design , construction and new material application remain to be further improved, through great achievements has been made in China in the construction of the PC continuous beam bridges, the global techniques of the bridges in the country in the recent several decades. The short line match-cast method of precast segments has proved to be the most versatile and reliable way to concrete bridge construction. The success of match-cast method relies heavily on accurate geometry control in precasting as the scale of adjustments during erection is very small and difficult to implement. So the required levels of accuracy in segments match-casting are stringent in order to assure erection accuracy. Therefore, the research on segments match-casting and geometry control technique of space distorted segments are very important.Based on the principle of match-casting using the short-line method, the geometry control technology of transition curve section in cross-sea bridge erected by precasting segment girder is proposed. As an example of south approach spans in north branch of Xia-zhang Cross-sea Bridge, this paper will provide a reference for the construction of similar bridges.

Based on the characteristics of the large scale concrete counterforce wall design burdening heavy, the nonstructural section wide, belonging to the large volume, and the construction difficulty and precision being required high, apply the Construction technology of unbonded prestressed concrete. According to the aspects of material the preparation stage of construction, on-site construction stage marching into the arena, the blanking of prestressed with unbonded tendons, the manufacture of fixed end, the install of prestressed reinforcement, the pouring of the large volume, the tension of prestressed, ect. Raising the points of niche targeting technology control of construction for the similar construction provides with the beneficial experiential learning.

Using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS analyzes seismic respons of prestressed concrete bridge, respectively establish finite element model under viscoelastic boundary conditions and elastic boundary conditions, compare and analyze seismic respons of bridge structure under two kinds of boundary conditions. Compared with elastic boundary conditions, viscoelastic boundary conditions not only can simulate elastic recovery performance of foundation, but also can realize infinite medium radiation damping. The research results provide the basis for the seismic design and protection of bridge.
