The short line match-cast method of precast segments has proved to be the most versatile and reliable way to concrete bridge construction. The success of match-cast method relies heavily on accurate geometry control in precasting as the scale of adjustments during erection is very small and difficult to implement. So the required levels of accuracy in segments match-casting are stringent in order to assure erection accuracy. Therefore, the research on segments match-casting and geometry control technique of space distorted segments are very important.Based on the principle of match-casting using the short-line method, the geometry control technology of transition curve section in cross-sea bridge erected by precasting segment girder is proposed. As an example of south approach spans in north branch of Xia-zhang Cross-sea Bridge, this paper will provide a reference for the construction of similar bridges.

Targeted at key technological difficulties of pre-stressed concrete bridge with precast segment assembling in short-line matching method, combined with the as-built projects and those under construction, this essay introduces systematic segmental precast assembly externally prestressed concrete construction technology in short-line matching method, and the developed serial complete equipments set, thus realizing development trend of factory-orientation, large-scale, mechanization, standardization of modern bridge construction.

This paper studies the precast and cantilever erection process of pre-stressed concrete continuous beam bridge alignment control in short line method, basis on the construction of a light rail. Various stages of bridge construction performed on simulation analysis and calculated by the finite element software MIDAS, concluded the ultimate internal force and deformation values, and the maximum deformation are within the scope of design elevation deviation 20 mm allowed, as to achieve the target of bridge assembly.

In order to reduce ship-bridge collision during the construction period of bridges across river and ensure the safety of bridge construction, the cooperative safety control model and synchronic control system in the process of bridge construction is presented by using synergetic theory. The information coordination is achieved by dynamic interaction, while the organization coordination is achieved by dynamic overall arrangement and the resources collaboration is achieved by security network, so as to realize coordination control of construction safety and ship’s navigation safety in bridge construction process. Cooperated with active defense security measures, this technique tends to implement ship-bridge collision safety control during construction period.
