In order to ensure the safety production of coal industry and improve the security of coal mine power supply system, CAN bus based monitoring and warning system for coal mine high-voltage power supply system is designed. The design requirements and the hardware configuration and its implementation of monitoring and warning system are particularly introduced, including the construction of communication network, the design of monitoring master station, the design of communication tributary station and so on. The practice shows that this system can ensure the security of coal mine power supply system.

The optimization program of intelligent and strong power supply system in coal mine is put forward on the basis of the Hu Sheng coal power supply system status. It achieves intelligent and integrated protection and real time monitoring dynamic process of supply network system based on WAMS; at the same time it achieves rapidity and selectivity of leakage protection based on the principle of pulse-polarity and RE identification method. And the program can prevent grade-skip trip, improve the mobility and reliability of mine supply system.

According to the problems which are relay protection is difficult to adjust and when line fault occurs it will easily get override trip in the underground 6 kV power supply system in Gu Shu-yuan Coal Mine. This paper presents a centralized selective short circuit and leakage protection system. Which focuses on the analysis of the short circuit longitudinal differential protection, based on pattern recognition method of single-phase earth leakage protection principle, and completes the rapidity and selectivity of the leakage fault line selection . Through the simulation, experimental and field operation shows that the schemes can effectively improve the reliability and safety of high voltage power supply system in Gu Shu-yuan Coal Mine ,it also establishes the necessary foundation of the goal of "network relay protection" in high voltage power supply system for in China.

When the power supply system for coal mine underground take place a short circuit fault, multilevel switch often respond at the same time. And the existing comprehensive protector cannot satisfy the real-time and rapid quality requirements of preventing override trip system for high-voltage power grid of coal mine underground. So this paper put forward the research for comprehensive protector of preventing override trip based on the EtherCAT. This paper first analyzes the principle and characteristics of the EtherCAT technology; and then puts forward the overall scheme of preventing override trip system; Finally, study and design the slave station and master station of preventing override trip system based on the EtherCAT.

Maintenance and servicing to the EMU, in order to guarantee the operation safety, often need to stop high voltage power supply, using the ground power supply. As a result, need to provide a safe, stable and reliable ground auxiliary power supply for the EMU, ensure the normal maintenance, servicing and operation of various types of EMU. To this end, this paper based on the deployment of the ministry of railways and the requirements for configuration of ground power supply to the EMU, Analyze requirements of the auxiliary power supply system to the CRH2 EMU, on this basis, design the auxiliary power supply and its control system.
