This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional method of data security between the master station and the terminal, and proposes a new method of data exchange between the master station and the terminal. This method improves the security of data interaction. In the process of using it, symmetric algorithm and asymmetric algorithm are combined, involving security mechanisms such as signature, certificate, MAC and symmetric encryption, so as to establish a secure link between the master station and the terminal, so as to protect the communication security between them.

Abstract With the gradual application of the Internet of Things technology in the field of distribution automation, distribution terminals gradually adopt the Internet of Things protocol to communicate with the master station system of distribution automation. while the master station system of distribution automation supports the access of the traditional power dedicated protocol terminal, it faces how to solve the problem which how to access the distribution terminal of the network communication protocol. This paper proposes the MQTT protocol data acquisition architecture based on the existing master station system of distribution automation system. Through the research on the transmission characteristics of power distribution service data and MQTT protocol, the message structure of the MQTT protocol carrying power service data and the source maintenance process of the equipment model are designed., It realizes the direct collection of the terminal data of the distribution Internet of Things in an object-oriented way, gives full play to the value of the existing distribution master station, reduces investment costs, and saves system maintenance workload.

Sistem SCADA dan Telekomunikasi yang dibentuk dari sub sistem teleinformasi data yang merupakan rangkaian perangkat dan dapat menghasilkan fungsi power sistem untuk dikontrololeh sub sistem master station pada yang terdapat pada kontrol center. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya setiap peralatan pada masing – masing sub sistem harus dapat memberikan layanyan dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas hal tersebut dapat diukur melalui kinerja. Target kinerja pengusahaan yang telah ditetapkan merupakan kesanggupan unit pelaksana pengatur beban yang memberikan hasil layanan  (availability) berupa fungsi sub sistem yang di dapat melalui perhitungan nilai MTTR(Mean Time To Repair) pada masing – masing sub sistem selama periode triwulan  (satu tahun anggaran). Dari hasil penentuan kinerja sistem SCADA PT.PLN (Persero) unit pelaksana pengatur beban area Jakarta dan Banten untuk periode III (Juli, Agustus, September) tahun 2020 diperoleh tingkat availability teleinformasi data sebesar 99,27%, dan nilai availability master station sebesar 99,99% Serta nilai Availability sistem SCADA dan Telekomunikasi sebesar 99.63%. Dimana hasil yang dicapai dari periode triwulan III telah mencapai tolak ukur dari persyaratan perusahaan yaitu 99,5%.

Kondisi New Normal di Indonesia menyebabkan metode pembelajaran berubah dari secara konvensional menjadi digital. Walaupun efektif untuk mengatasi terhentinya pembelajaran, namun demikian belum tersedia fasilitas untuk pelaksanaan praktek oleh siswa secara jarak jauh. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini maka diperlukan suatu metode agar siswa di remote area tetap dapat melakukan praktek dengan cara mengakses peralatan di laboratorium UPDL Semarang. Berdasarkan penelusuran di dunia praktis ditemukan adanya metode Virtual Network Computing yang memungkinkan client di remote area dapat mengakses secara jarak jauh dengan berbagai karakteristiknya. Bahkan pada operating system Solaris 10, yang merupakan operating system server SCADA, memiliki kemampuan untuk akses secara multichannel hingga 15 channel pada satu server. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan, akses client dari remote area terhadap 15 channel VNC secara bersamaan berjalan dengan baik, dibuktikan dengan tampilan GUI SCADA yang tetap normal, semua client dapat bekerja pada server SCADA tanpa ada interupsi antara satu client dengan client yang lain, dan tidak terjadinya penurunan kinerja server SCADA secara signifikan. Dengan demikian metode praktek jarak jauh menggunakan multichannel VNC ini dapat diterapkan sebagai solusi pembelajaran praktek operasi dan pemeliharaan master station SCADA di UPDL Semarang, dan dapat dikembangkan secara korporat di PT PLN (Persero).

The overall aim of this single case study is to find aspects of musical leadership relevant to ensemble conducting, using the theory of practice architectures to analyze a record producer’s practice. Data generation is performed mainly through transcripts and reflection logs based on YouTube interviews and videos. Insights into ensemble conducting are offered by exploring the following question: “What aspects of musical leadership relevant to conducting can be identified by applying the theory of practice architectures to an analysis of record producer Daniel Lanois’s practice?” The materials are analyzed based on three contexts of interpretation of meaning in hermeneutics. The theory of practice architectures serves as the analytical lens for the third context of interpretation. Main findings from this study are extracted into nine concepts that may serve as aspects of musical leadership relevant to conducting: a fast communication system, a self-adjusting act, black dubs, locations, operating by limitation, master station, the philosophical fiber, preparing, and sonic ambience. These and similar concepts may offer new insights into ensemble conducting in contexts similar to recording situations.

Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning is currently a common practice thanks to the development of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The possibility to obtain raw GNSS measurements, such as pseudoranges and carrier-phase, from these instruments has opened new windows towards precise positioning using smart devices. This work aims to demonstrate the positioning performances in the case of a typical single-base Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning while considering two different kinds of multi-frequency and multi-constellation master stations: a typical geodetic receiver and a smartphone device. The results have shown impressive performances in terms of precision in both cases: with a geodetic receiver as the master station, the reachable precisions are several mm for all 3D components while if a smartphone is used as the master station, the best results can be obtained considering the GPS+Galileo constellations, with a precision of about 2 cm both for 2D and Up components in the case of L1+L5 frequencies, or 3 cm for 2D components and 2 cm for the Up, in the case of an L1 frequency. Moreover, it has been demonstrated that it is not feasible to reach the phase ambiguities fixing: despite this, the precisions are still good and also the obtained 3D accuracies of positioning solutions are less than 1 m. So, it is possible to affirm that these results are very promising in the direction of cooperative positioning using smartphone devices.
