Along with the increase of need for high reliability of the power system security, it is important to build up a distribution fault analysis network and processing system, which can provide decision-making help for dispatching personnel. This paper introduced framework of the distribution network fault analysis and processing system, and analyze the fault location, isolation, generation and evaluation of power supply reconfiguration strategy. Tree model and Heuristic search were used for fault location and power supply route switching strategy.

Abstract In view of the large scale distributed power distribution network, distribution network from the traditional single main transformer power supply system becomes more complex broken power supply network, the trend of the distribution network flow and network frame produced change, failure fault feature information of great change, the traditional distribution network fault location method can not accurately obtain the location of the fault zone, the low accuracy of fault location, the error bigger problem a new fault location method of active distribution network combining graph theory and matrix was proposed. According to the knowledge of graph theory, the distribution network is simplified to topology diagram and described in the form of matrix, and then the fault judgment matrix is obtained through a series of matrix addition operation, and the type of fault interval can be identified accurately and quickly by combining the fault criterion table. The simulation results show that this method is simple in principle, fast and effective in criterion, suitable for the flexible operation mode of active distribution network structure, can accurately and quickly determine the fault segment, and can meet the requirements of complex distribution network fault location.

In the distribution network fault location, the impact of information distortion needs to be to focus on, especially when the short-circuit current is used as the fault information. Considering the distortion or failure of real-time information and other issues, the quick location method of the failure point in distribution network is analyzed. Based on the mathematical model of distribution network fault location, firefly algorithm is applied. According to the characteristics of fault location objective function in distribution network, convergence criterion is proposed, which is suitable for fault location mathematical model.

With the rapid advance of the urbanization process, the majority of cities come into the size of millions or more population. Therefore, the urban distribution network are becoming complex increasingly accordingly. How to meet the needs of complex urban distribution network safety and reliable power supply quality, reasonable construction investment better is one of the problems that plagued powered enterprise. It is an important research topic that wiring mode are choosed with good indicator of safe and high reliability, power supply quality and reasonable construction investment, combination load density characteristics of different medium-sized cities in the electricity sector. We have constructed a wiring mode analysis platform in this paper, it can calculate various operation indicators in different wiring mode by load density as the basic parameter variables. The adaptability of different wiring mode can be assessed comprehensively, and the optimal distribution network connection mode is selected in the different load density.
