Heterotopic pregnancy is defined as a condition when intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancy occur simultaneously. It is a life-threatening condition that requires immediate and accurate diagnostics and treatment. We present a case of a 28-year-old primigravida female who conceived spontaneously and at her seventh week of gestation and was presented to the emergency department with weakness and acute pain in lower abdomen. Laboratory tests and transvaginal ultrasonography revealed the diagnosis of heterotopic pregnancy. Urgent laparoscopic salpingotomy was chosen as a treatment option. The ectopic pregnancy was successfully removed with the preservation of the intrauterine embryo and fallopian tubes. The course of pregnancy after the surgery was without complications, and a healthy baby was delivered at the 39th week of gestation. When treated properly and on time, a heterotopic pregnancy can result in live childbirth with favorable outcomes for both the child and the mother.

Cystadenofibromas of the fallopian tubes are very rare benign tumors and very few cases have been reported in the literature worldwide. Usually, the tumor is asymptomatic, and for almost all cases reported, the tumors were incidentally discovered during surgery for other genital pathology. We report the case of a 30-year-old woman with a serous cystadenofibroma of the fallopian tube, presenting with chronic abdominal pain and secondary infertility. The diagnosis of tubal tumor was formulated before surgery and confirmed during laparoscopic surgery. Both 3D ultrasound and HDlive were useful tools for the diagnosis. The ultrasound diagnosis was helpful in planning appropriate surgical management.

Congenital malformations of female genital tract are frequently seen in Gynaecological clinics, incidence being upto 5-6% in cases of infertility. Most of these anomalies are related to uterus and vagina, abnormalities related to ovaries and fallopian tubes are of rare occurrence and the exact incidence of these anomalies are not known, only a few incidental case reports are available in literature. Here, we present a rare case report of absent mid- tubal segment of fallopian tube in a patient of infertility.

Abstract. A 17 year old patient with female phenotype and 46,XY karyotype presented because of primary amenorrhoea. Enlarged clitoris and pubic hair were observed and no breast development. Gonadotrophin values were greatly raised into the castrate range, while testosterone was at the upper limit of the normal range for females. No uterus, Fallopian tubes or remnants of Mullerian and Wolffian products were found at laparotomy. Bilateral inguinal masses were removed and proved to be testicular tissue. This case report shows that gonads can be present in patients with the clinical and endocrinological characteristics of the syndrome of 'true agonadism'.
