The purpose of the cluster in order to achieve more economic expansion, the expanded use cloud computing cluster point of departure, proposed the basic framework of a cluster expansion and describe local priority strategy and cloud environments priority strategy, and in accordance with the characteristics of cloud computing, based on the calculation of the strength of the new scheduling strategy.
