В этой статье представлена информация о снижение вибрации и шума главного вала и за счёт этого повешение надёжности, производительности швейной машины. Поставленная задача решается путем амортизации колебаний и шума главного вала швейный машин, совершенствованием конструкции подшипниковых опор. This article presents information about reducing vibration and noise of the main shaft and thereby increasing the reliability and productivity of the sewing machine. The task is solved by damping the vibrations and noise of the main shaft of sewing machines, improving the design of bearing supports.

Sewing machine spool in cervical canal: Case report

Background: Intentional placement or forgotten foreign bodies in the lower female genital tract have been reported. Patients may selfreport or may present with an array of symptoms including pelvic pain, vaginal discharge and vaginal bleeding. Case: Ms X, 23 years old, presented to antenatal clinic at two months pregnancy with complaints of excessive discharge per vaginum. There was no bleeding or foul smell. She did not reveal any other significant history. On internal examination, uterus was 8 weeks size, and a nodular lesion was felt in the cervical canal. Transvaginal USG confirmed intra-uterine pregnancy but also aroused the suspicion of a foreign body in the cervix. At examination in the operation theatre, the spool of sewing machine was found imbedded in cervical canal. It was gently dislodged and removed. Procedure and post-operative period were uneventful. The history was then reviewed. It came to light that the spool had been inserted in the cervical canal to expedite conception, without her knowledge when the patient was examined by an untrained birth attendant. Conclusion: Fear of infertility drives women to seek treatment from any source, as illustrated in this report. A Basic Study on Establishing the Automatic Sewing Process According to Textile Properties

This study aimed to establish an automatic sewing process for garment production according to textile properties. An automatic feeding system and a self-made template were introduced to an industrial sewing machine. Two types of stitches were performed on fabrics with various physical properties and surface roughness using this automatic sewing machine. The appearance, stitch length and width, seam strength, and seam efficiency were evaluated according to the sewing conditions, such as presser height and sewing speed. In addition, the correlation between textile properties, sewing conditions, and sewability was analyzed to derive a regression equation for sewability. The evaluation showed no difference in the lock stitch condition. On the other hand, under the zigzag stitch condition, the stitch width differed according to the presser height, which also affected the seam structure. The optimal presser height for each fabric was derived from the experimental results. In terms of the sewing speed, however, the seam strength was the best at 200 RPM in the lock stitch and 400 RPM in the zigzag stitch. The moderating effect of the presser height between textile properties and sewability in the lock stitch condition was confirmed. This result can be used as basic data for establishing an automatic sewing process for smart factories.
