Introduzione: L’Amazzonia è sempre stata oggetto di numerosi studi incentrati sul suo ambiente, la società e la salute. Domanda guida: Quali fattori ambientali contribuiscono all’emergere di malattie nella regione amazzonica? Obiettivo: Affrontare i principali fattori ambientali che contribuiscono all’emergere di malattie nella regione amazzonica. Metodo: Questa è una revisione della letteratura nei database Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health (PubMeD), Biblioteca Virtuale della Salute (BVS) e National Institute of Space Research (INPE). In tutto, 18 articoli sono stati utilizzati nella costruzione dello studio, tutti passati attraverso i criteri di inclusione ed esclusione stabiliti al fine di filtrare solo le riviste con approcci tematici. Risultati: Dal punto di vista epidemiologico, lo spazio amazzonico formato dall’interazione del sistema socio ecologico ha caratteristiche diverse da altre parti del paese. Questa differenza è causata dal fondamento ecologico naturale e dalle sue forme di occupazione e sviluppo. Conclusione: i principali fattori ambientali che contribuiscono all’emergere di malattie nella regione amazzonica sono la deforestazione, la combustione, l’inquinamento dei fiumi, il processo di urbanizzazione e l’agribusiness.

Processus santé-maladie dans la région amazonienne: facteurs environnementaux et émergence de maladies

Introduction: L’Amazonie a toujours fait l’objet de nombreuses études portant sur son environnement, sa société et sa santé. Question du guide: Quels facteurs environnementaux contribuent à l’émergence de maladies dans la région amazonienne ? Objectif: s’attaquer aux principaux facteurs environnementaux qui contribuent à l’émergence de maladies dans la région amazonienne. Méthode: Il s’agit d’une revue de la littérature dans les bases de données Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health (PubMeD), Bibliothèque Virtuelle de Santé (BVS) et National Institute of Space Research (INPE). Au total, 18 articles ont été utilisés dans la construction de l’étude, qui ont tous passé par les critères d’inclusion et d’exclusion établis afin de filtrer uniquement les revues avec des approches thématiques. Résultats: Du point de vue épidémiologique, l’espace amazonien formé par l’interaction du système socio écologique a des caractéristiques différentes des autres parties du pays. Cette différence est causée par le fondement écologique naturel et ses formes d’occupation et de développement. Conclusion: Les principaux facteurs environnementaux qui contribuent à l’émergence de maladies dans la région amazonienne sont la déforestation, le brûlage, la pollution des rivières, le processus d’urbanisation et l’agro-industrie.

Gesundheits-Krankheitsprozess im Amazonasgebiet: Umweltfaktoren und die Emerging von Krankheiten

Einleitung: Der Amazonas war schon immer Gegenstand zahlreicher Studien, die sich auf seine Umwelt, Gesellschaft und Gesundheit konzentrierten. Forschungsfrage: Welche Umweltfaktoren tragen zur Entstehung von Krankheiten im Amazonasgebiet bei? Ziel: Behandlung der wichtigsten Umweltfaktoren, die zur Entstehung von Krankheiten im Amazonasgebiet beitragen. Methode: Dies ist eine Übersicht über die Literatur in den Datenbanken Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health (PubMeD), Virtual Health Library (VHL) und National Institute of Space Research (INPE). Insgesamt wurden bei der Erstellung der Studie 18 Artikel verwendet, die alle die ein- und ausschlusskriterien durchliefen, die festgelegt wurden, um nur Zeitschriften mit thematischen Ansätzen zu filtern. Ergebnisse: Aus epidemiologischer Sicht weist der amazonische Raum, der durch die Interaktion des sozio ökologischen Systems gebildet wird, andere Merkmale auf als andere Teile des Landes. Dieser Unterschied wird durch die natürliche ökologische Grundlage und ihre Formen der Besetzung und Entwicklung verursacht. Schlussfolgerung: Die wichtigsten Umweltfaktoren, die zur Entstehung von Krankheiten im Amazonasgebiet beitragen, sind Entwaldung, Verbrennung, Flussverschmutzung, Urbanisierungsprozess und Agrarindustrie.

Comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of the system of dynamic block access to data of ultra-large distributed remote sensing archives

The article is devoted to the analysis of the efficiency of the system of dynamic block access to data of ultra-large distributed ERS archives, implemented according to the technology developed at the Space Research Institute. The system under consideration is intended to prepare the required set of data blocks with given characteristics for their processing on a server cluster. Based on the analysis of the most significant factors affecting the performance of this system, a methodology was developed that makes it possible to estimate the preparation time of the required data set using the existing hardware infrastructure.
