For the clinical implementation of a new technique, it is necessary to check the dose calculated by the dose calculation algorithm. The Intensity - modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) technique makes isodoses conform to tumour volume and reduces the dose to the organ at risk (OAR), there are increasing the complexity of it. The purpose of the paper is based on the sensitivity of the Trajectory log file to patient - specific pre - treatment quality assurance test and detecting the leaf position errors of Multileaf collimator (MLC), the gantry angle error, the collimator angle error that are the parameters obtained from the Trajectory log file. Comparing the results of patient - specific quality assurance of accepting the plan between built by Trajectory log file and treatment planning system (TPS) with the results of accepting the plan measured by an electronic portal imaging device (EPID) and TPS in the same tolerance criteria ΔDM/DdM (3%/3mm). Keywords: Trajectory log file, IMRT plan QA, Pylinac.
