Abstract Customer segmentation represents a true challenge in the automobile insurance industry, as datasets are large, multidimensional, unbalanced and it also requires a unique price determination based on the risk profile of the customer. Furthermore, the price determination of an insurance policy or the validity of the compensation claim, in most cases must be an instant decision. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify an easily usable data mining tool that is capable to identify key automobile insurance fraud indicators, facilitating the segmentation. In addition, the methods used by the tool, should be based primarily on numerical and categorical variables, as there is no well-functioning text mining tool for Central Eastern European languages. Hence, we decided on the SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) tool and to compare the performance of the decision tree, neural network and Naïve Bayes methods. The results suggest that decision tree and neural network are more suitable than Naïve Bayes, however the best conclusion can be drawn if we use the decision tree and neural network together.

PT. KMK Global Sports merupakan salah satu perusahaan sepatu di Tangerang. Salah satu pelayanan perusahaan ini adalah masalah parkir kendaraan untuk karyawan dan tamu. Pelaksanaan sistem parkir pada PT. KMK Global Sports kurang maksimal karena belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode yang berorientasi objek melalui tahap pembuatan UML dan pembuatan database. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi parkir. Program yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini menggunakan Power Builder sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan SQL server sebagai databasenya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi parkir dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan diperkenalkannya sistem ini maka diharapkan akan mempermudah dalam pelaksanaan sistem kerja yang sudah ada. Kata kunci : Parkir, Analisa, Perancangan, Sistem Informasi.

Pada saat ini, kebutuhan informasi semakin penting dan mendesak sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju. Banyak perusahaan berskala besar maupun kecil menggunakan komputer untuk mendukung kegiatan dalam perusahaannnya. Komputer serta aplikasi didalamnya pada saat ini bukanlah merupakan sesuatu hal yang baru lagi, hampir seluruh badan usaha yang besar maupun kecil telah menggunakan komputer sebagai salah satu sarana pendukung dalam kegiatan pada perusahaan tersebut. PT Auto Daya Keisindo Jakarta Selatan merupakan perusahaan swasta yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengolahan data, terutama pada pengolahan data persediaan barang sehingga memperlambat dalam proses pengolahan data dan pengontrolan persediaan barang. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dirancanglah sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis java. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis java metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). dengan aplikasi Eclipse 2018, SQL Server 2008 untuk perancangan basis datanya. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis java ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja bagian gudang serta dapat mengontrol jumlah persediaan barang.Kata kunci: Sistem Inventory, Java, MYSQL, SDLC, UML

Single case experimental designs (SCEDs) have become an indispensable methodology where randomized control trials may be impossible or even inappropriate. However, the nature of SCED data presents challenges for both visual and statistical analyses. Small sample sizes, autocorrelations, data types, and design types render many parametric statistical analyses and maximum likelihood approaches ineffective. The presence of autocorrelation decreases interrater reliability in visual analysis. The purpose of the present study is to demonstrate a newly developed model called the Bayesian unknown change-point (BUCP) model which overcomes all the above-mentioned data analytic challenges. This is the first study to formulate and demonstrate rate ratio effect size for autocorrelated data, which has remained an open question in SCED research until now. This expository study also compares and contrasts the results from BUCP model with visual analysis, and rate ratio effect size with nonoverlap of all pairs (NAP) effect size. Data from a comprehensive behavioral intervention are used for the demonstration.
