Current domestic study on cloud service and library is still relatively weak and it needs all to be promoted whether from the research system to see or to see the depth of research. On the view of current domestic research, it is mainly reflect in the following three points. First, there have fifty published academic theses. Second, the main focus of research are still focused on the cloud platform and cloud service model. Third, the related research and disciplinary platform are still relatively narrow.

In this article, an in-depth study and analysis of the precision marketing approach are carried out by building an IoT cloud platform and then using the technology of big data information mining. The cloud platform uses the MySQL database combined with the MongoDB database to store the cloud platform data to ensure the correct storage of data as well as to improve the access speed of data. The storage method of IoT temporal data is optimized, and the way of storing data in time slots is used to improve the efficiency of reading large amounts of data. For the scalability of the IoT data storage system, a MongoDB database clustering scheme is designed to ensure the scalability of data storage and disaster recovery capability. The relevant theories of big data marketing are reviewed and analyzed; secondly, based on the relevant theories, combined with the author’s work experience and relevant information, a comprehensive analysis and research on the current situation of big data marketing are conducted, focusing on its macro-, micro-, and industry environment. The service model combines the types of user needs, encapsulates the resources obtained by the alliance through data mining for service products, and publishes and delivers them in the form of data products. From the perspective of the development of the telecommunications industry, in terms of technology, the telecommunications industry has seen the development trend of mobile replacing fixed networks and triple play. The development of emerging technologies represented by the Internet of Things and cloud computing has also led to technological changes in the telecommunications industry. Operators are facing new development opportunities and challenges. It also divides the service mode into self-service and consulting service mode according to the different degrees of users’ cognition and understanding of the service, as well as proposes standardized data mining service guarantee from two aspects: after-sales service and operation supervision. A customized data mining service is a kind of data mining service for users’ personalized needs. And the intelligent data mining service guarantee is proposed from two aspects of multicase experience integration and group intelligence. In the empirical research part, the big data alliance in Big Data Industry Alliance, which provides data mining service as the main business, is selected as the research object, and the data mining service model of the big data alliance proposed in this article is applied to the actual alliance to verify the scientific and rationality of the data mining service model and improve the data mining service model management system.

Reliability and trust Models are used to enhance secure , reliable scheduling , load balancing and QoS in cloud and Distributed environment. Trust models that are being used in Distributed and Grid environment, does not qualify cloud computing environment requirements. Since the parameters that have being taken into consideration in these trust models, does not fit in the cloud Infrastructure As A Service, a suitable trust model is proposed based on the existing model that is suitable for trust value management for the cloud IaaS parameters. Based on the above achieved trust values,  trust based scheduling and load balancing  is done for better allocation of resources and enhancing the QOS of services been provided to the users. In this paper, an trust based cloud computing framework is proposed using trust model ,trust based scheduling and load balancing algorithms. Here we describe the design and development of trusted Cloud service model for cloud Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) known as VimCloud .VimCloud an open source cloud computing framework that implements the tusted Cloud Service Model and  trust based scheduling and load balancing algorithm . However one of the major issues in cloud IaaS is to ensure reliability and security or used data and computation. Trusted cloud service model ensures that user virual machine executes only on trusted cloud node, whose integrity and reliability is known in term of trust value . VimCloud shown practical in term of performace which is better then existing models.

The adoption of cloud computing is increasing due to low costs of infrastructure, as well as having virtually infinite resources available for demand based scaling. The increasing interest in this topic, there is a continuous search for better ways to manage such infrastructures. One of the most recent steps was the development of Function-as-a-Service (FaaS). FaaS is a cloud computing service model where developers can deploy functions to a cloud platform and have them executed based on the triggering of events, or by making HTTP(S) requests. We propose an architecture for deploying FaaS platforms in hybrid clouds that can be composed by multiple cloud providers. This architecture enable privately deployed FaaS platforms to perform auto-scaling of virtual machines in a distributed infrastructure, while considering the scenario where the users of such platform are scattered around the globe. This allows the execution of requests in servers geographically located as close as possible from the client.

The rapidly growing cloud-centric focuses among organizations and enterprises have thrown into sharp relief the pressing need to progressively upgrade security within a cloud infrastructure. While a significant portion of threat perception emanates from malicious software that can infiltrate a cloud computing infrastructure, the risk of unlicensed software deployments in infrastructure-as-a-service model can expose an affected cloud service provider to a host of legal and statutory issues. The task of managing software licenses and conducting license validation checks can be an intense activity. The onus of tracking and managing licenses of software that have been deployed on an infrastructure-as-a-service cloud model is on both cloud service provider as well as its customers. However, the business of effectively managing software licenses is contingent upon the ease and use of an effective license auditing management tool to which auditors can connect through a secure conduit. In this paper, we propose a model that would allow cloud service providers to securely track software deployments and tally corresponding usage of appropriate licenses within an infrastructure-as-a-service model. Using the proposed model a cloud service provider can match all software licenses that have been deployed by a customer within the IaaS cloud space allotted. Further, a license auditor can securely connect to cloud service provider’s console and generate reports on license usage and software deployments from any modern browser. At the core of our model, lies a secure loopback connection framework that prevents access to any other web site once a secure connection to the primary console for monitoring and tracking software deployments has been established.
