Nowadays cloud environments are used by many business service sectors like healthcare, retail marketing, banking, and many business fields. At the same time, the usage of Internet of Things (IoT) devices in different sectors also increasing tremendously. So, there is a general problem for securing any business service in enterprise cloud environments restricting by only authorized devices. We are proposing cryptographic techniques with the help of a token-based framework by enabling a secure handshake between consuming applications and the source business service which aims to authorize the target end consumers of the respective business service. The proposed work aims to achieve the desired secure handshake so that any consuming application or device requests the desired business service with a secret token and an input combination. The source business service creates a secure token using any latest robust cryptographic algorithm on the above input combination and returns the token to the consuming application. The consuming application requests to the source business service, it must pass the above token which if validated then only would receive the required data. Hence, in this paper, we propose the delegation of the authorization task to the end consumers, who are responsible to fetch the security tokens and use them in their application lifecycle.

A Chabot is a software program for humans to interact with natural-language computers. It has numerous applications in business, service, education, and healthcare, among others. Arabic Chabot’s, on the other hand, fight to generate and display Arabic characters correctly because of linguistic problems. In this paper, we propose a new method for the development of effective Arabic Chabot’s, which is improved by the use of the Internet of things (IOT). An experiment was performed utilizing Google Colab and the Python Chatterbot library to build and deploy an Arabic Chabot for a computer center based on IOT.

This research on Street Vendors (PKL) aims to explain the policies of the Mataram City Government in structuring street vendors while at the same time identifying whether the arrangement of street vendors can contribute to Mataram City's Original Regional Income (PAD). This type of research is a descriptive quantitative evaluative research that uses field data as primary data through a regulatory approach and the legal basis in force in the Mataram City Government. The results of the study show that the arrangement of street vendors in the city of Mataram still cannot run effectively because there is still no regulation that should be followed up on by Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2010 along with the Mayor of Mataram Regulation Number 56 of 2017 concerning Instructions for the Implementation of Regional Regulation of Mataram City Number 10 of 2015 about street vendors, namely the zoning arrangement of street vendors. From a simple calculation carried out by the researcher, the potential PAD that is likely to be obtained from the business activities of street vendors is Rp. 4,026,000,000 (Four Billion Twenty-Six Million) collected on the basis of a business service levy due to the use of government-owned land in accordance with the Mataram City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2017 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2011 concerning Business Service Retribution. This value, if measured by its contribution to the percentage of the realization value of regional retribution in 2019, can be categorized in the "Medium" criteria, while when viewed from its contribution to the percentage of business service levies, it can increase up to 392.92% or the "Very High" category. So the researchers suggest accelerating the determination of the legality of determining the Mataram Mayor's Decree regarding the zoning of street vendors so that the potential for retribution on street vendors' activities on government land can be collected and can contribute to increasing Mataram City PAD.

To increase operational efficiency, resilience and capacity of the railway system, the development of modern railway traffic management system (TMS) has attracted more and more attention in recent years. To support the development and implementation of the next generation of TMS and related applications, advanced data collection, transmission and processing approaches, digitalised databases, and virtual validation platforms, etc., are required. In the context of the TMS development (addressed by Technology Demonstrator 2.9 of Shift2Rail Innovation Programme 2), this support is to be provided by a scalable, interoperable and standardised communication platform for internal and external communication between different subsystems, applications and clients. This paper outlines the approach of the ongoing OPTIMA project aimed to develop a communication platform demonstrator for railway TMS based on a novel Integration Layer (IL) and its various interfaces to entities including integration layer services, TMS service, rail business service, external services and operator workstations. Further detailed discussion in this paper relates to the approach to validating the communication platform demonstrator as a functional entity, and as a virtual testing environment to validate railway traffic management and other applications. The validation approach for the applications tested on the communication platform demonstrator is also presented. The results of future implementation of this validation approach will be used to assess the functionality of the communications platform demonstrator developed, and the initial TMS applications tested on it, and form an important step towards developing and implementing IL based communications platforms for future TMSs.

Entrepreneurship is an integral part of the market economy. However, only recently it has been possible to analyse this cluster online. The purpose of the research paper is a qualitative analysis of indicators formed by the Federal Tax Service of Russia to characterize the activities of small and medium-sized businesses. The article presents the results of a review of the indicators of information and digital resources of the Federal Tax Service of Russia that characterize the activities of small businesses: the unified register of small and medium – sized businesses; the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses – recipients of support; the unified state register of taxpayers; the state information register of accounting (financial) reporting; the “Transparent Business” service. It is concluded that the information and statistical databases of the Federal Tax Service of Russia have a significant potential for partial formation of statistical reporting data of small and medium-sized businesses, and are also acceptable for economic and statistical analysis of the activities of both a specific entity and a group of entities.
