A wireless video transmission system is put forward in this paper. It is constituted by 3G wireless networks and ARM11. Collecting video data is used by V4L2 technology, and the H.264 video codec is used by S3C6410 processors the MFC module. The video codec is sent to remote monitoring center via 3G wireless network. The System can complete video capture, coding, wireless transmission and decoding, and displaying on the LCD. The experiment show the system can achieve wireless remote monitoring.

The Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is a reliable protocol of transport layer which delivers data over unreliable networks. It was designed in the context of wired networks. Due to popularity of wireless communication it is made to extend TCP protocol to wireless environments where wired and wireless network can work smoothly. Although TCP work in wireless and wired-cum-wireless network, the performance is not up to the mark. In literature lot of protocols has been proposed to adopt TCP in wireless mobile ad hoc network. In this, we present an overall view on this issue and detailed discussion of the major factors involved. In addition, we survey the main proposals which aim at adapting TCP to mobile and static Ad hoc environments. Specifically, we show how TCP can be affected by mobility and its interaction with routing protocol in static and dynamic wireless ad hoc network.

Most universities are already implementing wired and wireless network that is used to access integrated information systems and the Internet. At present, it is important to do research on the influence of the broadcasting system through the access point for video transmitter learning in the university area. At every university computer network through the access point must also use the cable in its implementation. These networks require cables that will connect and transmit data from one computer to another computer. While wireless networks of computers connected through radio waves. This research will be a test or assessment of how the influence of the network using the WLAN access point for video broadcasting means learning from the server to the client. Instructional video broadcasting from the server to the client via the access point will be used for video broadcasting means of learning. This study aims to understand how to build a wireless network by using an access point. It also builds a computer server as instructional videos, supporting software that can be used for video server that will be emitted by broadcasting via the access point and establish a system of transmitting video from the server to the client via the access point.
