In this paper, fuzzy c-means algorithm uses neural network algorithm is presented. In pattern recognition, fuzzy clustering algorithms have demonstrated advantage over crisp clustering algorithms to group the high dimensional data into clusters. The proposed work involves two steps. First, a recently developed and Enhanced Kmeans Fast Leaning Artificial Neural Network (KFLANN) frame work is used to determine cluster centers. Secondly, Fuzzy C-means uses these cluster centers to generate fuzzy membership functions. Enhanced K-means Fast Learning Artificial Neural Network (KFLANN) is an algorithm which produces consistent classification of the vectors in to the same clusters regardless of the data presentation sequence. Experiments are conducted on two artificial data sets Iris and New Thyroid. The result shows that Enhanced KFLANN is faster to generate consistent cluster centers and utilizes these for elicitation of efficient fuzzy memberships.

Clustering is the process of grouping objects into subsets that have meaning in the context of a particular problem. It does not rely on predefined classes. It is referred to as an unsupervised learning method because no information is provided about the "right answer" for any of the objects. Many clustering algorithms have been proposed and are used based on different applications. Sentence clustering is one of best clustering technique. Hierarchical Clustering Algorithm is applied for multiple levels for accuracy. For tagging purpose POS tagger, porter stemmer is used. WordNet dictionary is utilized for determining the similarity by invoking the Jiang Conrath and Cosine similarity measure. Grouping is performed with respect to the highest similarity measure value with a mean threshold. This paper incorporates many parameters for finding similarity between words. In order to identify the disambiguated words, the sense identification is performed for the adjectives and comparison is performed. semcor and machine learning datasets are employed. On comparing with previous results for WSD, our work has improvised a lot which gives a percentage of 91.2%

An intelligent evaluation method is presented to analyze the competitiveness of airlines. From the perspective of safety, service, and normality, we establish the competitiveness indexes of traffic rights and the standard sample base. The self-organizing mapping (SOM) neural network is utilized to self-organize and self-learn the samples in the state of no supervision and prior knowledge. The training steps of high convergence speed and high clustering accuracy are determined based on the multistep setting. The typical airlines index data are utilized to verify the effect of the self-organizing mapping neural network on the airline competitiveness analysis. The simulation results show that the self-organizing mapping neural network can accurately and effectively classify and evaluate the competitiveness of airlines, and the results have important reference value for the allocation of traffic rights resources.

The fuzzy clustering algorithm has become a research hotspot in many fields because of its better clustering effect and data expression ability. However, little research focuses on the clustering of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets (HFLTSs). To fill in the research gaps, we extend the data type of clustering to hesitant fuzzy linguistic information. A kind of hesitant fuzzy linguistic agglomerative hierarchical clustering algorithm is proposed. Furthermore, we propose a hesitant fuzzy linguistic Boole matrix clustering algorithm and compare the two clustering algorithms. The proposed clustering algorithms are applied in the field of judicial execution, which provides decision support for the executive judge to determine the focus of the investigation and the control. A clustering example verifies the clustering algorithm’s effectiveness in the context of hesitant fuzzy linguistic decision information.

Apply interpretive structural modeling to construct knowledge structure of linear algebra. New fuzzy clustering algorithms improved fuzzy c-means algorithm based on Mahalanobis distance has better performance than fuzzy c-means algorithm. Each cluster of data can easily describe features of knowledge structures individually. The results show that there are six clusters and each cluster has its own cognitive characteristics. The methodology can improve knowledge management in classroom more feasible.
