Power grid planning is an important part in the development of power grid. With the rapid development of urban construction and electricity demand in recent years, electric power construction is faced with more kinds of pressure, such as land resources/environmental protection. In this paper, the difficulty of power grid planning is increasing rapidly. How to build a distribution network that the load and the urban construction can develop concordantly has become a key issue to be solved in the future. The traditional methods of distribution network planning focus on the grasp of the overall, whereas lack adequate consideration of the spatial distribution of load and planning of urban development. Thus, this paper proposes a method based on spatial load forecasting of urban distribution network planning g, and fully considers the load distribution of the space characteristics and urban construction. This method can make up for the defects of traditional methods effectively, thus has certain value and reference significance.

In order to solve comprehensive decision problem which exist in power grid planning, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to distribution network planning is put forward to the selection of alternatives. Based on the actual case, Established hierarchical structure model and the attributes decision table, Form a judgment matrix one by one, then Calculate the synthesis weights and achieve the decision results. The results show that analytic hierarchy process can better combining expert experience and quantitative calculation, It is very well Solution to the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network planning decisions. It is a practical solution of distribution network planning.

With the large-scale renewable energy grid integration, the problems of traditional transmission network planning methods, such as high investment, low utilization rate and difficulty in implementation, have gradually emerged. Therefore, in order to improve the level of new energy consumption, effectively improve the operation efficiency of power grid and optimize the investment benefit, this paper proposes a new mode of power grid planning based on adjustable integrated resources. This paper focuses on two key planning methods: new energy confidence capacity assessment methods and load forecasting methods considering demand side resources. Then the paper takes a city-level 220 KV power grid as an example, applies a new power grid planning method to carry out planning, and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed planning model and method.

As the asset belongs to relations reasons, among China's urban power grid planning and municipal planning, lack of coordination, to some extent, restricted the construction and development of the urban grid, thus constraining the urban social and economic development. According to the characteristics of network planning and urban planning, both the coordinated planning processed. Design a set of network planning and urban planning the coordinated development of comprehensive evaluation index system, the combination of G1 method, entropy method, layer by layer Scatter comprehensive evaluation model, and five typical city grid with the city and coordinated planning empirical analysis and evaluation, to prove the accuracy of the evaluation model The city grid and urban planning, coordination mechanisms and evaluation model for the coordinated planning of China's urban power grids to provide a scientific basis for decision making.

The paper constructs a two-level collaborative planning model for incremental distribution network considering demand response and distributed renewable energy access. In the upper model, the goal is to minimize the investment cost of the distribution network, and the lower model takes the system's operating cost optimally, fully considers the uncertainty of renewable energy output, and introduces robust optimization to solve it. It can be seen from the simulation results that the consideration of demand response in the distribution network planning is conducive to delaying investment costs, enhancing power user load flexibility, and effectively avoiding load shedding and other problems. The research results lay the foundation for the feasibility of demand response resources participating in power grid planning
