For e-commerce companies, it is easier to obtain a large amount of aggregated data about user behavior with the help of embedded network platforms, which contains valuable information that helps to form effective decision-making. This article first gives a detailed introduction to the evaluation and selection of e-commerce and suppliers; then puts forward the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method; finally, the AHP analytic method is used to build a supplier evaluation system and a selection system. The experimental results of this paper show that after obtaining the entropy AHP weights through the analytic hierarchy process, these 8 suppliers can be ranked and selected. Using the ABC classification method, classification is based on the ranking of suppliers. Among them, Class A suppliers account for 12.5%, which plays a key role in the construction of the evaluation and selection system of e-commerce suppliers.

Appropriate environmental performance is considered one of the most important indicators in the sustainable development of organizations and industries. Evaluating the environmental performance in ports as one of the two main parts of the maritime transport system is of particular importance. Therefore, the current study was designed and conducted to develop a method for evaluating the environmental performance of ports based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In the present study, 22 experts in the field of environment and marine sciences were selected in 2020. Firstly, various studies on the factors affecting the environmental performance of ports were reviewed. Secondly, a questionnaire was designed to assess ports’ environmental performance. Thirdly, this questionnaire was developed using the Delphi technique. Finally, by determining the weight of each parameter, the method of environmental performance assessment in ports was developed based on the FAHP. The final normalized weights for six environmental performance factors including reactive and proactive performance, sustainability, socio-cultural, economic, and governance were estimated 0.202, 0.241, 0.226, 0.070, 0.080, and 0.182. Additionally, it was found that each of the parameters had a different weight and impact on these factors. The highest and lowest impact on the environmental performance index belonged to environmental risk assessment (weight=0.217), cultural effects, and justice (weight=0.107). In the current study, a new method was developed for evaluating the environmental performance of ports based on six factors, 32 parameters, and FAHP. Therefore, this method may provide an effective step in reducing environmental impacts and improving the level of environmental performance in ports to achieve the goal of green port.

Background: Because routine nursing quality indicators are not suitable to evaluate pediatric oncology nursing care, this study aimed to identify a set of quality indicators for pediatric oncology nursing care in mainland China. Method: This prospective investigation utilized a modified Delphi technique and an analytic hierarchy process. A survey questionnaire was developed using a literature review and semi-structured interviews. Fifteen invited experts evaluated the importance of potential indicators through three rounds of Delphi survey by email in 2018. The importance weight of each indicator was identified through analytic hierarchy process. Results: In the Delphi survey, the average authoritative coefficient was 0.93–0.96 for each round of the inquiry. After three rounds of survey, 29 quality indicators were identified as important nursing outcomes for assessing the quality of pediatric oncology nursing care in mainland China. The importance rating mean score of indicators ranged between 4.67–5.00 on a 5-point scale, and the variation coefficient ranged between 0–0.19. Expert-assigned indicator importance weight varied between 0.0040–0.0870. Conclusion: This study identified an indicator system with 29 nursing-sensitive quality indicators that may represent potential indicator candidates for quality assessment of pediatric oncology nursing practice in mainland China.
