Focusing on the requirements of safety and reliability of fuze setback arming device of rocket-assisted projectile, a zigzag groove setback device with two degree of freedom was designed with Inventor 6. The dynamic simulation is developed under environment of VisualNastran. The optimum parameters of up inertia-cylinder mass, down inertia-cylinder mass, up inertia-spring rigidity and down inertia-spring rigidity were tested by orthogonal method and simulated. The results indicate that this setback device can effectively differentiate setback overload in launch and impact overload at service handling; credible arming time of fuze is about 128ms when the even overload of the rocket engine is 100g; the optimum mass of up inertia-cylinder and down inertia-cylinder are respectively 3.19g and 1.41g, the optimum rigidity of up inertia-spring and down inertia-spring are respectively 32.7 N/m and 21.8 N/m.

Advanced Placement calculus students from Yarmouth High School, located in Yarmouth, Maine, built a model rocket-engine test stand in May 2000. This project was used to reinforce calculus concepts. In addition, it furnished data for a future freshman-science rocketry project. Students used the concepts of the average value of a function, along with Riemann-sum approximation techniques and spreadsheet skills to determine the average thrust of a model rocket engine.

In this paper, we designed a new type of high precision 1 μA constant current source after deeply studying the high precision precise dc constant current source. Compared with the traditional constant current source, in this paper we adopted complex amplifier added with floating power supply outside to design high precision dc constant current source which is for China's space use , its output current is 1 μA, resolution is 0.1 nA, accuracy is 0.5. This high precise dc constant current source is mainly used for new model rocket engine performance testing in aerospace, but also can be widely applied in different fields in need of precision measurement.
