Green Management is a collection of environmental and ecological articles relating to management. The collection is intended to provide students and managers with an overview of the importance of "green" management to business and industry. In particular, it addresses the major questions of green management ? why should management be environmentally conscious and how can it balance the requirements of business success with environmental awareness and behavior. In the paper, the author attempts to point out the meaning of procedures for the environmental management system (EMS). Particular attention is paid to form and content as well as to the functions, proprieties, and structure of the procedures. The analyses were carried out taking into account a systemic approach of the essential topics to the ISO 14001 standard. Based on the chosen procedure, some fundamental methods of elaborating upon and implementing the EMS procedures were outlined. It was also presented that procedures written in accordance with these rules might provide vital support to the improvement of the organization’s management systems and might optimize the processes in the areas they cover.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مدى تطبيق المنظمة المبحوثة لأبعاد ألإدارة الخضراء للموارد البشرية ، وفيما لو كانت كافية في تعزيز نظام الادارة البيئية للمنظمة ، ولهذا الغرض صيغت فرضيتان رئيسيتان ألاولى توجد علاقة إرتباط ذات دلالة معنوية بين المتغيرين : ألادارة الخضراء للموارد البشرية بأبعادها (التوظيف ألاخضر ، التطوير والتدريب ألاخضر ، تقييم ألإداء ألاخضر، التعويضات والمكافئات الخضراء، علاقات الموظف الخضراء) ، ونظام الادارة البيئية  بأبعاده (السياسة البيئية والالتزام بها، التخطيط  ، التطبيق، القياس والتقييم ، المراجعة والتحسين ) والفرضية الثانية يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية إيجابية للمتغير المستقل في المتغير التابع ، ولتحقيق إختبارات الفرضيات إستخدم البحث الميداني وطبق على مجتمع البحث المتمثل بكافة المدراء ورؤساء ألاقسام في المنظمة المبحوثة ( الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية والالكترونية – معمل المحولات) ، وجُمعَتَ البيانات عن طريق ألإستبانة، ووزعت (50) إستبانة أسترجع منها (41) أستبانة وحللت (38) وإهملت (3) كونها غير مستوفية للشروط، وكذلك المقابلات مع بعض المدراء في المنظمة المبحوثة ، حيث قوبلَ (7)  مدراء موزعين على الأقسام والشعب والوحدات ألادارية في المنظمة . بالإضافة إلى بعض الوثائق الرسمية لإستكمال بيانات البحث ، كما إستخدم عدد من الوسائل ألإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات منها : الوسط الحسابي ، النسبة المئوية ، ألانحراف المعياري ، لغرض وصف المجتمع ، ومعامل ألارتباط لإختبار صحة الفرضيات ألارتباط وألإنحدار الخطي البسيط لدراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرات . وتوصل البحث إلى أهم إستنتاج أن (المنظمة المبحوثة ) تأخذ بألإعتبار جميع متطلبات الادارة الخضراء للموارد البشرية من التوظيف ألاخضر ، التطوير والتدريب ألاخضر ، تقييم ألإداء ألاخضر، التعويضات والمكافئات الخضراء، علاقات الموظف الخضراء ما يعزز التوجه الستراتيجي لها نحو إداء متميز في عملها وفق المتطلبات البيئية ، كما أن المنظمة المبحوثة تقييم مساهمات عامليها في نظام الادارة البيئية. نوع البحث :- يمثل هذا البحث إضافة متواضعة الى الخزين الاكاديمي العراقي في ميدان علم الادارة عن  نظام الادارة البيئية على وفق الادارة الخضراء للموارد البشرية من حيث العلاقة والتأثير المتبادل بينهما.

The ISO 14000 and ISO 9000 standards have a positive impact on achieving sustainable and efficient business. The ISO 14001, in particular, is credited with a crucial role of assisting businesses with managing their environmental credentials which are vital in the upcoming carbon economy. This paper explores the significance of ISO 14001 and expands on the possibilities of the use of this standard in a creative way by organizations. Furthermore, with regards to ISO 14001, adjustments could be made to improve its effectiveness in implementing an Environmental Management System (EMS). The areas of this standard that could be upgraded are also outlined, including measuring compliance, specified, strict environmental targets for business, and a stronger sustainability component.
