Ultrahigh strain response with fatigue-free behavior in (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

BNKT20–KNM100x lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated to achieve large strain response. Compositions near the ferroelectric–relaxor phase boundary (x = 0.0125) exhibited large strains of 0.39–0.41% with fatigue-free behavior (106 cycles).
