Abstract The intelligent inventory has not yet been implemented in the automated three-dimensional library. The warehouse basically relies on the accounts of the warehouse. It is really necessary to check the pallets manually with the help of a stacker, or venture into the aisle to check on the spot, or install radio frequency identification (RFID) on the pallet. The radio frequency recognition device on the stacker’s loading platform obtains the information of a specific pallet to achieve a physical inventory. After investigation, the results that can pass the three-dimensional library system automatic library are still blank. For the three-dimensional library, the intelligent inventory is of great significance to the actual production. It can automatically identify whether the goods in the designated cargo space are consistent with the storage according to the needs of the warehouse manager, so the demand for the intelligent inventory is very urgent.

  Libraries as a service provider to the user that needs fast, easy, and efficient services. Optimization of the services performed by the application of information technology such as utilizing barcode technology for the library system. Along with the development, there were some shortcomings in the use of barcode technology. Barcode technology can be replaced by RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) in order to further improve the operational and library services. RFID has some advantages over the barcode system is the possibility of data can be read automatically without regard to alignment readings, past the non conductor materials like cardboard paper with access speeds of several hundred tags per second at a distance of several meters. The advantages and capabilities of RFID can be applied in a library system in the inventory, self-service, and security so as to generate optimal library services more than manual systems or even a barcode system. Utilization of RFID technology in the library and then combined with technology Telegram Bot API as a medium to facilitate user access such as notification, accessing history, and others.

This study describes the data structure in designing and building an AMIK STIEKOM North Sumatra library information system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based on client servers. The author hopes that readers will better understand the problem solving of parking that is more integrated and well-documented and efficient in its operations. The data structure that has been designed is able to identify the number of participants who have been equipped with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) library system technology. Students who borrow or return books are selected through application technology in accordance with student data I recorded in the database. Only data on students / I who are registered in the database can borrow and return books to the AMIK STIEKOM North Sumatra library. The process of selecting data in the library system with RFID technology is carried out in three stages, namely the logical design stage, the physical design stage, and the interface design stage.

Most of the libraries nowadays are using emerging technologies in their systems. They have started using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology that has changed the library tasks to be working practically and conveniently. This system helps librarians and library users to use the library systems more easily and more securely. In this paper, we have studied the current library system with the issues and challenges that they faced and we have proposed a new system using emerging technologies. This system will track the books and will take care of them from thefts. Also, will track the user who borrowed the books by his registered details, till he returns the books. Also, we have implemented a system to be using library services by users themselves.
