This article describes how nowadays, cloud computing is one of the advanced areas of Information Technology (IT) sector. Since there are many hackers and malicious users on the internet, it is very important to secure the confidentiality of data in the cloud environment. In recent years, access control has emerged as a challenging issue of cloud computing. Access control method allows data accessing of an authorized user. Existing access control schemes mainly focus on the confidentiality of the data storage. In this article, a novel access control scheme has been proposed for efficient data accessing. The proposed scheme allows reducing the searching cost and accessing time, while providing the data to the user. It also maintains the security of the user's confidential data.

With the rapid development of cloud computing, it is playing an increasingly important role in data sharing. Meanwhile, attribute-based encryption (ABE) has been an effective way to share data securely in cloud computing. In real circumstances, there is often a mutual access sub-policy in different providers’ access policies, and the significance of each attribute is usual diverse. In this paper, a secure and efficient data-sharing scheme in cloud computing, which is called unified ciphertext-policy weighted attribute-based encryption (UCP-WABE), is proposed. The weighted attribute authority assigns weights to attributes depending on their importance. The mutual information extractor extracts the mutual access sub-policy and generates the mutual information. Thus, UCP-WABE lowers the total encryption time cost of multiple providers. We prove that UCP-WABE is selectively secure on the basis of the security of ciphertext-policy weighted attribute-based encryption (CP-WABE). Additionally, the results of the implementation shows that UCP-WABE is efficient in terms of time.

Cloud data migration is the process of moving data, localhost applications, services, and data to the distributed cloud processing framework. The success of this data migration measure is relying upon a few viewpoints like planning and impact analysis of existing enterprise systems. Quite possibly the most widely recognized process is moving locally stored data in a public cloud computing environment. Cloud migration comes along with both challenges and advantages, so there are different academic research and technical applications on data migration to the cloud that will be discussed throughout this paper. By breaking down the research achievement and application status, we divide the existing migration techniques into three strategies as indicated by the cloud service models essentially. Various processes should be considered for different migration techniques, and various tasks will be included accordingly. The similarities and differences between the migration strategies are examined, and the challenges and future work about data migration to the cloud are proposed. This paper, through a research survey, recognizes the key benefits and challenges of migrating data into the cloud. There are different cloud migration procedures and models recommended to assess the presentation, identifying security requirements, choosing a cloud provider, calculating the expense, and making any essential organizational changes. The results of this research paper can give a roadmap for data migration and can help decision-makers towards a secure and productive migration to a cloud computing environment.

Cloud computing has attracted a lot of interests from both the academics and the industries, since it provides efficient resource management, economical cost, and fast deployment. However, concerns on security and privacy become the main obstacle for the large scale application of cloud computing. Encryption would be an alternative way to relief the concern. However, data encryption makes efficient data utilization a challenging problem. To address this problem, secure and privacy preserving keyword search over large scale cloud data is proposed and widely developed. In this paper, we make a thorough survey on the secure and privacy preserving keyword search over large scale cloud data. We investigate existing research arts category by category, where the category is classified according to the search functionality. In each category, we first elaborate on the key idea of existing research works, then we conclude some open and interesting problems.
