The wave equation proposed in an earlier paper is examined from the point of view of the Heisenberg picture, for the purpose of getting a physical model. It is found that the position of the particle can roam about over a spherical shell under the influence of a kind of gauge transformation. With the passage of time the shell pulsates. The coordinates of the centre of the shell do not commute. These coordinates provide a reference point for defining orbital angular momentum which leads to zero spin for all momentum values.
