Text topic mining and visualization are the basis for clustering the topics, distinguishing front topics and hot topics. This paper constructs the LDA topic model based on Python language and researches topic mining, clustering and dynamic visualization, taking the metrology of Library and information science in 2017 as an example. In this model, parameter and parameter are estimated by Gibbs sampling, and the best topic number was determined by coherence scores. The topic mining based on the LDA model can well simulate the semantic information of the large corpus, and make the corpus not limited to the key words. The bubble bar graph of the topic-words can present the many-to-many dynamic relationships between the topic and words.

In order to correctly interpret any study on Spanish production that includes Library and Information Science journals in citation indexes, it is necessary to know in detail what type of publications are being taken as source data. With this objective in mind, 12 foreign publications of this thematic category are analyzed in Scopus that have a higher degree of participation from authors attached to Spanish institutions. Most are owned by multinational publishing companies and are published in English. The production is very interdisciplinary, with a predominance of Scientometrics. As institutions, the CSIC and the universities of Granada, Carlos III of Madrid and Polytechnic of Valencia stand out. Scientometrics journal is the one with the largest number of works, followed by IEEE transactions on information theory and Investigación bibliotecológica. This case is the only magazine in Spanish of the 12 publications analyzed and the only title in which Library Science studies predominate.

Several logical puzzles, riddles and problems are defined based on the notion of games in informative contexts. Hintikka argues that epistemology or the theory of knowledge must be considered from the notion of information. So, knowledge cannot just be based on the notions of belief and justification. The present proposal will focus on the logical structure of information, and not only on the quantification of information as suggested by Claude A. Shannon (1916-2001) (Shannon 1948). In many cases, the information bits, although seemingly or factually contradictory, are quite relevant. The paraconsistent systems of logic offer a formalization of reasoning that can support certain contradictions. The well-known “Bar-Hillel–Carnap Paradox” (Bar-Hillel, 1964) causes embarrassment when it concludes that the informational content of a contradiction would be maximum, opposing the traditional notion that the semantic information must be true, and that contradictions are necessarily false.
