The Impact

Based on the perspective of environmental regulation, this paper selects panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2016, establishes Hansen panel threshold regression model, and investigates the impact of FDI on environmental technology innovation of industrial enterprises in China under the threshold of environmental regulation. The results show that FDI has a significant inhibitory effect on the environmental technological innovation of industrial enterprises; the effect has a significant dual threshold of environmental regulation, with the intensity of environmental regulation across the threshold, the negative impact of FDI gradually weakened; market demand and industry scale have a significant positive impact, the role of technological progress is not significant. The findings of this paper provide a certain reference for the rational use of environmental regulation policies, the maximization of FDI technology spillover, the promotion of environmental technology innovation of industrial enterprises, and the realization of “win-win” of environment and economy.

This paper discusses a firms performance of proactive environmental technology innovation strategy and reactive strategy based on the model. It is proved that a firm can get better payoff if the manager interpret environmental issues as opportunities, comparing the performance of achieving these two strategies. A firm can profit under better communications with the public by managerial interpretations of environmental issues as opportunities trading off the increasing costs. In conclusion, the shareholder should motivate the manager to interpret environmental issues as opportunities for better payoff.

The investment problems of efficiency of investments in innovative energy technologies are discussed. The effectiveness of the innovative-investment project of the company for the installation and subsequent maintenance of solar panels is assessed. The innovative strategy for the effective organization of the installation and subsequent maintenance of solar panels with the influence on the activity of the enterprise environmental factors is developed. The business plan of the company for the installation and subsequent maintenance of solar panels is developed. During the formation of the innovation strategy the scenario method of planning is applied which is not use in the practice of Russian enterprises.
