A novel flexible polymer for the new generation display panel was prepared with different annealing treatments; AFM and spectroscopy were employed to measure the surface roughness and the optical transparency of the substrates. Electroluminescence spectra of FOLED (flexible Organic light emitting diode) with different annealing times and temperatures were investigated.
