Recent years, as computer science and the development of high-tech communications networks, distributed artificial intelligence field of artificial intelligence research as an important branch, more and more industry attention. One of the Agent and Multi-Agent technology research became a hot topic of distributed artificial intelligence research. Research on Multi-Agent technology is mainly a group of autonomous distributed open Agent in a dynamic environment, through interaction, cooperation, competition, negotiation and other acts perform complex control or task solving. Because of its better reflect human social intelligence, more suitable for an open, dynamic social environment, thus causing researchers in various fields of interest, and is widely used in scientific computing, computer network e-commerce, business management and traffic control, etc

With the development, almost all the sectors, countries tend to grow adapting to latest technologies. The transport sector also has a huge impact on this development sphere. When it comes to traffic, it is a huge problem in the world. In Sri Lanka traffic is a problem that exists for a long period. Annually there is a loss of Rs. 400 billion due to traffic congestions. Over the past years various solutions have been proposed using different methods for traffic control. These solutions are based on different trending technologies such as machine learning, image processing, fuzzy logic and the Internet of Things. However, those systems are not able to handle traffic congestions problems in complex environments. Therefore, a real-time traffic controlling system with the ability to handle traffic congestions in dynamic environment is highly valued. This study aims to design and build a real-time traffic management system using Multi Agent technology. Simulations for both existing system and Agent-Based system are implemented using NetLogo simulation tool and compared for various traffic situations. According to the results obtained from the two simulations, Agent-Based systems provide more accuracy and efficiency than the existing fixed scheduling systems.

In order to improve the effect of remote ideological and political education, this paper builds a Web ideological and political education system based on Agent technology, and adopts a three-layer abstract system architecture including Web service layer, Agent processing layer and service process layer. Moreover, based on this architecture foundation, this paper proposes an Agent-based Web service integration structure, and illustrates the overall execution process of the system through the execution process of the system integration structure. Then, this paper proposes the organization structure of multi-agent in the Agent processing layer and the organization structure of service process in the service process layer of the system. In addition, this paper uses multi-agent system design to ensure the efficient operation of the entire system, and combines algorithms to implement system resource recommendation modules and practical teaching functions. Finally, this paper designs a control experiment to test the performance of the distance ideological and political education system constructed in this paper. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.
