Abstract: In todays world during this pandemic situation Online Learning is the only source where one could learn. Online learning makes students more curious about the knowledge and so they decide their learning path . But considering the academics as they have to pass the course or exam given, they need to take time to study, and have to be disciplined about their dedication. And there are many barriers for Online learning as well. Students are lowering their grasping power the reason for this is that each and every student was used to rely on their teacher and offline classes. Virtual writing and controlling system is challenging research areas in field of image processing and pattern recognition in the recent years. It contributes extremely to the advancement of an automation process and can improve the interface between man and machine in numerous applications. Several research works have been focusing on new techniques and methods that would reduce the processing time while providing higher recognition accuracy. Given the real time webcam data, this jambord like python application uses OpenCV library to track an object-of-interest (a human palm/finger in this case) and allows the user to draw bymoving the finger, which makes it both awesome and interesting to draw simple thing. Reducing residential and industrial electricity consumption has been a goal of governments around the world. Lighting sources account for a large portion of the whole energy/power consumption. Unfortunately, most of the existing installed lighting systems are ancient and have poor energy efficiency. Today, many manufacturers have introduced light-controlling systems into the current market. However, existing light controlling systems may not be successfully applied to buildings, streets, and industrial buildings due to high costs and difficult installation and maintenance. To combat this issue, this article presents an easy-to-install, low-cost, Master-Slave intelligent LED light-controlling system based on Internet of Things (IoT) techniques. The benefit of using the proposed system is that the brightness of the LED lights in the same zone can be changed simultaneously to save in energy consumption. Furthermore, the parameters of the LED lights can be directly set. Moreover, the related data are collected and uploaded to a cloud platform. In this article, we use 15 W T8 LED tubes (non-induction lamps) as a case study. When the proposed system is installed in a zone with few people, the energy-saving rate is as high as 90%. Furthermore, when 12 people pass by a zone within one hour, its energy-saving rate can reach 81%. Therefore, the advantages of using the proposed system include: (1) the original lamp holder can be retained; (2) no wiring is required; and (3) no server is set up. Moreover, the goal of energy saving can also be achieved. As a result, the proposed system changes the full-dark mode of the available sensor lamp to the low power low-light mode for standby. Further, it makes the sensor lamps in the same zone brighten or low-light way simultaneously, which can quickly complete large-scale energy-saving and convenient control functions of intelligent LED lighting controlling system.

Abstract An intelligent lifestyle has become a hotspot for researchers and industries nowadays. The smart home monitoring and controlling system with the Arduino as the main controller is designed in this paper, combined with sensors, Wi-Fi, and cloud technologies. Various sensors collect household environmental information, such as indoor temperature and humidity, soil moisture, combustible gas concentration, and light intensity. The main controller processes the collected signals and automatically operates the devices, including a refrigeration equipment, water pump, buzzer, fan, stepping motor. The data can also be transmitted to the cloud platform through Wi-Fi for processing, and the home environment information and device can be remotely monitored and controlled by the cloud platform or smartphone APP.

The paper presents the analysis and determines factors effecting the budget program implementation, which leads to decrease the efficiency and effectiveness for budget outcomes provided to public. The importance of a municipality budget program is related to the standards of population living, thus obstructing the implementation of programs cause a direct negative impact upon people’s life. Municipalities seek to optimize the use of resources and allocate them to the planned programs in order to obtain the best results in terms of quantity. Distribution of financial allocations to the planned projects is one of the most important steps in preparing the budget. A negative impact of some factors on the budget programs implementation is proved. There was used a questionnaire to investigate the managers and employees from the related department as accountants, administrators, engineers, and auditors in municipalities of the middle Euphrates of Iraq. Basically, there were interviewed the department managers to design factors affecting the implementation of budget programs and preparing questioners for their employees. There was suggested the hypothesis for the research and determined the factors influencing budget programs trajectories rather than quality or quantity. Among the most important recommendations are emphasized the protection of municipal departments from political parties’ interference, increasing coordination between the municipal departments and the central and local governments, and rehabilitating the controlling system.

The topicality. In today’s crisis of hotel and restaurant business in terms of ensuring the effectiveness of the management component is relevant to the use of controlling as an element of crisis management in the hospitality industry, which allows you to take management to a qualitatively new level by evaluating, coordinating, coordinating, optimizing and monitoring all services. and divisions operating at the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate the conceptual theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business. Research methods. In forming the methodology of conceptual vision of the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business and the main directions of its application used a set of general and special research methods: methods of observation, modeling, analysis and synthesis, comparison, strategic analysis, abstract modeling and historical logic. Results. The key features of improving the controlling system at the hotel and restaurant business have been identified and substantiated. The stages of its creation are analyzed, in particular the stage of preparation, implementation and automation. The main conceptual principles of improving the controlling system in the field of hospitality are outlined. A conceptual adaptive model of improving the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business has been designed and substantiated, which is characterized by complexity and cyclicity and consists of three circles (internal, middle and external), for each of which the parameters of flow and interconnection are defined. Conclusions and discussions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the design and substantiation of a conceptual adaptive model of controlling system improvement at hotel and restaurant business enterprises, which has a cyclical nature and allows to provide continuous and continuous improvement of both the controlling system and the enterprise as a whole. The practical significance of the obtained results is manifested in the possibility of applying the developed and substantiated theoretical and methodological and applied conceptual aspects in the real business practice of hotel and restaurant business enterprises in order to ensure their efficiency and competitiveness in the services market of Ukraine and abroad.

concepts, principles and functions of the formation and development of controlling are characterized. The necessity of the organization of financial controlling in the enterprise is grounded, the main stages of the introduction of controlling in the formation of the financial strategy of the enterprise in modern conditions are proposed. It is proved that the difference in the principles of organization of enterprise finance determines the need for differentiation of controlling objects for business entities operating on the basis of commercial calculation, non-profitable activity and estimated financing. If for commercial calculation it is the profit and market value of the enterprise, for non-profitable enterprises it is cash flows that must be efficiently generated and redistributed in accordance with their intended purpose; for enterprises operating on the principles of budget or budget financing, the level of income coverage. The effectiveness of the controlling system is determined by the efficiency of enterprise management. It is proved that the financial strategy is the basis of enterprise management and its production and economic, financial activities in a modern dynamic and competitive environment. The basic principles are investigated at the stages of the implementation of the financial strategy, which allow to correct its directions, which lead enterprises to sustainable development.
