ABSTRACT We report the draft genome sequence of a bacterial isolate, Paraburkholderia sp. strain C35, which was isolated from a Malaysian tropical peat swamp forest. The putative genes for the biogeochemical processes were annotated and are publicly available in the online databases.

Brevibacillus brevis DZQ7 is a plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium (PGPR) isolated from tobacco rhizosphere. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of B. brevis DZQ7. Several functional genes related to antimicrobial activity were identified in the genome.

ABSTRACT We report here the draft genome sequences of a bacterial isolate, Dyella sp. strain C11, which was isolated from a Malaysian tropical peat swamp forest. The putative genes for the biogeochemical processes were annotated, and the genome was deposited in an online database.

We report here the draft genome sequence of Paenibacillus polymyxa KF-1, which exhibits excellent antimicrobial activity. It encodes the synthase of bacitracin, kalimantacin, bacillomycin, iturin, fusaricidin, tridecaptin, and pelgipeptin and biosynthetic pathways of antiviral curldan and levan polysaccharides. Also, a novel prophage is involved in this genome that contains endolysin-encoding genes.
