The NA48/2 and NA62 collaborations report on recent results, current status, and prospects of kaon physics at the CERN-SPS. The NA62 collaborations aims to measure the decay [Formula: see text] with an uncertainty of 10% or better. The NA62 detector and preliminary results from a pilot run in 2014 are presented. In addition, recent results of the NA48/2 collaboration are reported. A search for Dark Photons has been performed in [Formula: see text] decays via the kaon decays [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]. No dark photon signal was observed and new upper limits on the mixing parameter [Formula: see text] and the dark photon mass were computed. We also report the first observation of the kaon decay [Formula: see text].

KLOE-2 extends the physics program of the forerunner KLOE experiment, especially in the field of discrete symmetries tests with neutral kaons. KLOE and KLOE-2 have collected together the largest sample of electron-positron collisions at an energy equal to the φ-meson mass, corresponding to about 2.4×1010 produced φ mesons. The latest results on neutral kaon physics at KLOE will be reviewed, together with the status and prospects of the analyses of KLOE-2 data. A new measurement of the charge asymmetry in KS semileptonic decays with 1.7 fb−1 of KLOE data, which improves the sensitivity of previous measurements of about a factor two, will be presented. Furthermore, the status of the analysis devoted to directly test T and CPT symmetries in neutral kaons transitions, as well as the search of the pure CP-violating KS → 3π0 decay using part of the recently acquired KLOE-2 dataset, will be presented.

This article describes the present status and physics prospects for Run II at the Fermilab Tevatron accelerator. The accelerator complex and both the collider experiments, CDF and DØ, have completed extensive upgrades resulting in a significant increase in luminosity and physics capability. The sensitivity of the Tevatron Run II physics program is expected to be about 500 times that of Run I.

Recent BESIII results on exotic hadron candidates, the heavy charmonium-like states, will be reviewed, as well as a short introductions to the BEPCII collider and the BEESIII detector. Future BESIII running plans, specially the physics program for the exotic hadron spectroscopy, will be discussed.

Standard lattice calculations in kaon physics are based on the evaluation of matrix elements of local operators between two single-hadron states or a single-hadron state and the vacuum. Recent progress in lattice QCD has gone beyond these standard observables. I will review the status and prospects of lattice kaon physics with an emphasis on non-leptonic K → ππ decay and long-distance processes including K0-K0 mixing and rare kaon decays.

The spin physics with hadrons has entered the new era with the completion of the first polarized proton collider, RHIC at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The spin physics program at RHIC provides a unique opportunity to elucidate the spin structure of the nucleon and to investigate the symmetries embeded in the nature. First set of physics results from the program are described with near future prospects.
