Hypergeometric functions have many applications in various areas of mathematical analysis, probability theory, physics, and engineering. Very recently, Hidan et al. (Math. Probl. Eng., ID 5535962, 2021) introduced the (p, k)-extended hypergeometric functions and their various applications. In this line of research, we present an expansion of the k-Gauss hypergeometric functions and investigate its several properties, including, its convergence properties, derivative formulas, integral representations, contiguous function relations, differential equations, and fractional integral operators. Furthermore, the current results contain several of the familiar special functions as particular cases, and this extension may enrich the theory of special functions.

Very recently, the incomplete Pochhammer ratios were defined in terms of the incomplete beta function B y ( x , z ) . With the help of these incomplete Pochhammer ratios, we introduce new incomplete Gauss, confluent hypergeometric, and Appell’s functions and investigate several properties of them such as integral representations, derivative formulas, transformation formulas, and recurrence relations. Furthermore, incomplete Riemann-Liouville fractional integral operators are introduced. This definition helps us to obtain linear and bilinear generating relations for the new incomplete Gauss hypergeometric functions.

<p>The main goal of this article is first to introduce a new generalization of the fractional integral operators with a certain modified Mittag-Leffler kernel and then investigate the Chebyshev inequality via this general family of fractional integral operators. We improve our results and we investigate the Chebyshev inequality for more than two functions. We also derive some inequalities of this type for functions whose derivatives are bounded above and bounded below. In addition, we establish an estimate for the Chebyshev functional by using the new fractional integral operators. Finally, we find similar inequalities for some specialized fractional integrals keeping some of the earlier results in view.</p>

We establish fractional integral and derivative formulas by using Marichev-Saigo-Maeda operators involving the S-function. The results are expressed in terms of the generalized Gauss hypergeometric functions. Corresponding assertions in terms of Saigo, Erdélyi-Kober, Riemann-Liouville, and Weyl type of fractional integrals and derivatives are presented. Also we develop their composition formula by applying the Beta and Laplace transforms. Further, we point out also their relevance.

A remarkably large number of fractional integral formulas involving the number of special functions, have been investigated by many authors. Very recently, Agarwal (National Academy Science Letters) gave some integral transform and fractional integral formulas involving theFpα,β·. In this sequel, here, we aim to establish some image formulas by applying generalized operators of the fractional integration involving Appell’s functionF3(·)due to Marichev-Saigo-Maeda. Some interesting special cases of our main results are also considered.

SynopsisIn this paper, a theory of fractional powers of operators due to Balakrishnan, which is valid for certain operators on Banach spaces, is extended to Fréchet spaces. The resultingtheory is shown to be more general than that developed in an earlier approach by Lamb, and is applied to obtain mapping properties of certain Riesz fractional integral operators on spaces of test functions.

Abstract In the article, we introduce the generalized proportional Hadamard fractional integrals and establish several inequalities for convex functions in the framework of the defined class of fractional integrals. The given results are generalizations of some known results.

In this paper, we first introduce some new classes of weighted amalgam spaces. Then, we give the weighted strong-type and weak-type estimates for fractional integral operators Iγ on these new function spaces. Furthermore, the weighted strong-type estimate and endpoint estimate of linear commutators b,Iγ generated by b and Iγ are established as well. In addition, we are going to study related problems about two-weight, weak-type inequalities for Iγ and b,Iγ on the weighted amalgam spaces and give some results. Based on these results and pointwise domination, we can prove norm inequalities involving fractional maximal operator Mγ and generalized fractional integrals ℒ−γ/2 in the context of weighted amalgam spaces, where 0<γ<n and L is the infinitesimal generator of an analytic semigroup on L2Rn with Gaussian kernel bounds.
