Abstract Marine economy is a new economic form, emphasizing new development concept, new operation mechanism and management mode. In recent years, marine economy shows rapid growth, and marine industry presents a clustering development trend. The industrial linkage effect, industrial agglomeration effect and industrial radiation effect of the marine industrial cluster are important motive forces for the development of coastal cities. The marine industrial cluster takes coastal cities as the development platform and space, while the coastal cities achieve rapid and sustainable development based on the marine industrial cluster. The synergetic and coupling development of the marine industrial cluster and coastal cities is an important way for the promotion of industrial competitiveness and urban competitiveness. This paper developed a measure to identify the marine industrial cluster, designed the evaluation index of coupling of marine industrial cluster and coastal cities development from two perspectives of industrial linkage and spatial agglomeration, taking Shandong province, a typical coastal province in China, as an example, it studied the situation of the marine industrial cluster based on input-output data and data of marine enterprises of coastal cities, based on which it explored the coupling relationship between marine industrial cluster and coastal cities of Shandong province.

After more than 20 years of rapid growth in China’s venture capital industry, huge market development potential and boost by the digital wave have made China one of the most attractive venture capital markets in the world. At present, most of the measurement and evaluation of the development level of China’s venture capital industry are qualitative evaluations and few quantitative evaluations, and the evaluation indicators are unitary. It is difficult to comprehensively measure the development status of the entire venture capital industry. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of China’s venture capital industry development index to reflect the development status of the entire industry, while dynamically tracking its future development trends. In the index system of China’s venture capital industry development index model, there are a total of ten indicators in three aspects: total, structural, and performance dimension. The calculation results are obtained by subjective and objective weighting target planning algorithm, and the final score evaluated by TOPSIS model is indexed. In this way, the development curve of China’s venture capital industry from 2006 to 2016 is obtained. Judging from the results reflected in the model conclusions, the index can better reflect the current development trend and problems faced by China’s venture capital industry.

Basidiocarps of Phylloporia are used as a source of natural medicine in China mainly in Shandong Province. Although the species diversity of Phylloporia has been well-studied worldwide, especially in China, the species identities of the medicinal basidiocarps are still unconfirmed. In this study, we sampled basidiocarps of Phylloporia from Shandong Province, China. On the basis of morphological and phylogenetic evidence as well as host-tree information, it is clarified that Phylloporia lonicerae on Lonicera japonica is the most widely used medicinal species of this genus, P. fontanesiae on Fontanesia fortunei is rarely used, and P. pulla on Pyrus is potentially used. The taxonomical status of these three species is briefly discussed, and P. lonicerae and P. pulla originally described from outside of China are described with illustrations based on specimens from Shandong Province, China. This clarification is crucial for medicinal studies and potential industry development of Phylloporia species.
