Security and adjustment to systemic competition (strategic choice of the new government of Germany)

The article considers the problem of correlation of systemic competition and security. The author refused to analyze the intentions of new federal government in military-strategic sphere, since there is no novelty in them, and, in his opinion, it is now more relevant to understand security on the basis of studying the nature and directions of systemic competition in Europe. The article makes recommendations, discussion of which can contribute to strengthening cooperation between various partners.
