Introduction. The article considers the problems of the present-day algorithm of acoustic emission events location in Prognoz-ADS geomechanical monitoring system. The ways of solving the flaws in the applied algorithm have been proposed with the account of the specified requirements. Research aim is to propose certain solutions aimed at achieving higher accuracy of seismoacoustic events coordinates calculation; to solve the flat antenna problem and get the opportunity of assessing the efficiency of separate observing network elements; develop the structure of a new location algorithm and calculate its preliminary complexity. Methodology. It is proposed to correct the problems of the existing algorithm by constructing the velocity map of the controlled object and assessing the efficiency of seismoacoustic receivers and data on the observing network sensitivity in various sections of the rock mass. Results. The article provides logical structure of the developed algorithm with complexity O(n). It is proposed to solve the flat antenna problem by using data on seismic receivers complex sensitivity. Certain media of collecting information on the observing network state and signal propagation velocities at the controlled object have been introduced. Summary. The designed algorithm provides for multiple parameters variation, many of them are not taken into account in the existing location method of Prognoz-ADS system. The indicated characteristics selection and the efficient use of the calculating tool’s hardware resources will make it possible to obtain a more accurate and universal location algorithm.

For reliable forecasting and prevention of dangerous geodynamic phenomena in the Streltsov ore field area, the geodynamic testing area has been created. The geodynamic testing area includes modern measuring complexes that have different measurement methods and provide effective registration, and in-depth analysis of a wide range of geophysical wave fields changing in space and time. In the presence of anthropogenic seismicity, with the complication of the geomechanical and hydrological conditions of mining, the constant development of methods and means used at the geodynamic test site is required. It is necessary to install additional elements of a multi-level geomechanical monitoring system at sites in which dangerous geodynamic events are predicted and evidence of their reliable precursors. The modernization and integration of the measuring complexes of the geodynamic range into a multi-level geomechanical monitoring system allows to expand the controlled volume of the rock massif, to increase the quantity and quality of the information obtained about the state of the rock massif, which makes it possible to identify regional and local harbingers of dangerous dynamic phenomena and to justify a set of effective measures to reduce the level geodynamic risk improve the quality of forecast evaluation of geomechanical condition.

<span class="fett">Hintergrund und Zielsetzung:</span> PHAR-MON ist ein Monitoring-System, das die auf dem deutschen Markt befindlichen Arzneimittel in ihrer Bedeutung für die Entwicklung von Missbrauch und Abhängigkeit in Suchtberatungsstellen überwacht. </p><p> <span class="fett">Methodik:</span> Klienten ambulanter Beratungsstellen werden im Rahmen der Standarddokumentation zu ihrem Arzneimittelkonsum befragt und Fälle eines abhängigen Konsums, eines schädlichen Gebrauchs oder eines Missbrauchs in PHAR-MON dokumentiert. </p><p> <span class="fett">Ergebnisse:</span> Im Jahr 2006 wurden insgesamt 448 Meldungen von 276 überwiegend alkohol- und drogenabhängigen Klienten in das Monitoring einbezogen. Tranquilizer vom Benzodiazepin-Typ wurden in allen Klientengruppen mit Anteilen zwischen 29,1 % und 35,3 % am häufigsten dokumentiert. An benzodiazepinabhängige Klienten werden zunehmend auch Nicht-Benzodiazepin-Hypnotika verordnet. Bei opioidabhängigen Klienten war im Zeitraum der letzten fünf Jahre ein Anstieg im missbräuchlichen Substitutionsmittelkonsum von 14,9 % auf 33,8 % zu verzeichnen. </p><p> <span class="fett">Schlussfolgerungen:</span> Das Risiko gefährlicher Wechselwirkungen zwischen Arzneimitteln mit Alkohol und Drogen sollte stärker als bisher in die ärztliche Verordnungsentscheidung einbezogen werden.
