The article entitled "Graduate Medical Education and Pediatric Work Force Issues and Princples" produced by the Task Force on Graduate Medical Education Reform claims to represent the "consensus opinion of the American pediatric community." It is apparent to me that some issues addressed require discussion and, in my opinion, have not reached "consensus" status at all. Let me start with issues that continue to be debated and are far from consensus as mentioned by the Task Force.
