One new genus and six new species of Encyrtidae are described from the material collected from the Namdapha Tiger Reserve (Arunachal Pradesh). These are: Sharqencyrtus hulbi gen. et sp. nov., Ixodiphagus sureshani sp. nov., Parencyrtomyia zedesi sp. nov., Rhytidothorax horticola sp. nov., R. namdapha sp. nov., and R. ramakrishnai sp. nov. A key to world species of Rhytidothorax is also given. Parencyrtomyia Girault is newly recorded from India, and Rhytidothorax nigrum Singh & Agarwal, Parablatticida brevicornis (Dalman) and Agarwalencyrtus dispar Hayat are new species records from Arunachal Pradesh.

Three new Oriental Issidae genera and two new species identified by a previous molecular phylogeny analysis are described. Two new genera belong to the tribe Kodaianellini: Kodaianellissus gen. nov., type species: K. intorqueus sp. nov. from China and Tetricissus gen. nov., type species: T. philo (Fennah, 1978) from Vietnam. Another new genus representing Sarimini: Longieusarima gen. nov., type species: L. lunulia sp. nov. is described from China.

A new genus Pusulissusgen. nov. with two new species P. phiaoacensissp. nov. and P. coronomensissp. nov. are described respectively from Vietnam and China in the tribe Parahiraciini of the family Issidae. A molecular phylogeny using combined genes (18S, 28S, COX1 and Cytb) confirms its placement in the tribe Parahiraciini. The tribe is divided into three subtribes: Scantiniinasubtribe nov. with the type genus Scantinius Stål, 1866, and Vindilisinasubtribe nov. with type genus Vindilis Stål, 1870 plus Nisoprincessa Gnezdilov, 2017, and the nominal subtribe Parahiraciina Cheng & Yang, 1991 subtribe nov. The characteristics of these subtribes are provided, with a key to identification. Genus Folifemurum Che, Zhang & Wang, 2013 is transferred to HemisphaeriiniMongolianina, and genus Gelastyrella Yang, 1994 is maintained as a valid name.

Abstract:The new genus Atla forms a well-supported clade in a molecular phylogeny based on the ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 and LSU regions of the nuclear ribosomal DNA. The genus has a crustose thallus, a hamathecium at maturity without hyphal elements except for pseudoparaphyses remaining at the ostiolum, and large, muriform spores. Atla wheldonii was previously referred to Polyblastia. Three new species, A. alpina (the type of the new genus), A. palicei and A. praetermissa, are included in the genus and described here as new to science. They were found on calcareous rocks and soil in Northern Scandinavia; A. alpina also occurs in Central Europe, and A. wheldonii likewise in Central Europe, the Pyrenées and in the British Isles. An identification key to the species and a revision of the genus are also provided.
