Servant leadership has been deemed crucially relevant for organizational effectiveness and success; thus, significant emphasis is laid upon enhancing and sustaining favorable attitudes and behaviors of leaders towards their followers. Earlier scholars have presented various models of servant leadership; however, a meager number of researches have concentrated on employee voice as a significant antecedent to servant leadership. Therefore, the present study analyzed the key role of employee voice on servant leadership; under the mediating role of courageous followership and moderating role of organizational trust. Employing 214 valid responses; conveniently, from the educational sector organizations operating in twin cities of Pakistan, this study found that the relationship between employee voice and servant leadership is mediated by courageous followership and moderated by the organizational trust; signifying that, a coherence among employee voice and organizational trust is likely to stimulate higher levels of courageous followership, eventually nurturing servant leadership. The study draws upon; discussion, conclusion, limitations, and implications at the closure.

This study examines the role of organizational trust in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). A total sample of 191 employees was selected from Syrian private banks. The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive impact of organizational justice dimensions (distributive, procedural, and interactional) on OCB. Similarly, organizational trust positively affects OCB. Furthermore, this study shows that organizational trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between the organizational justice and OCB.

Purpose- The primary purpose of the study is to determine the impact of organizational justice (OJ) on employee sustainability. Along with that, it also describes how organizational commitment mediates this direct relationship. This study includes all dimensions of OJ which are distributive, procedural and interactional (interpersonal & informational) within the context of a developing country (Pakistan). Design/Methodology- This study has considered employees working in the banking sector of Pakistan. Two hundred ten questionnaires were received back from employees. Regression analysis was used to analyze direct relationships between variables, while smart partial least squares (PLS) were used for mediation analysis. Findings- Results demonstrated that all hypothesis were accepted and it was also confirmed that organizational commitment (OC) mediates the direct relationship between OJ and employee sustainability (ES). Originality/value- Multidimensional construct of organizational justice was tested in this study, in the context of a developing country (Pakistan), to address the research gap.
