Coronary-artery bypass surgery using an operating microscope

<p>This article presents our experience of using an operating microscope for coronary-artery bypass surgery. The technique, which was developed by the surgeons of Meshalkin National Medical Research Center, involves the use of an operating microscope for performing anastomosis and presents with major difficulties and disadvantages. This paper aims to simplify the procedure of performing anastomosis during coronary-artery bypass surgery using an operating microscope.</p><p>Received 28 February 2020. Revised 24 March 2020.
