Background: Medical test orders can display the physiological functions of patients by using medical means. The medical staff determines the patient's condition through medical test orders and completes the treatment. However, for most patients and their families, there are so many terminologies in the medical test list and they are inconvenient to understand and query, which would affect the patients’ cognition and treatment effect. Therefore, it is especially necessary to develop a consulting system that can provide related analysis after getting medical test data. Objective : This paper starts with information acquisition and speech recognition. It proposes a natural scene information acquisition and analysis model based on deep learning, focusing on improving the recognition rate of routine test list and achieving targeted smart search to allow users to get more accurate personalized health advice. Methods : Based on medical characteristics, considering the needs of patients, this paper constructs an APP-based conventional medical test consultation system, using artificial intelligence and voice recognition technology to collect user input; analyzing user needs with the help of conventional medical information knowledge database. Results: This model combines speech recognition and data mining methods to obtain routine test list data and is suitable for accurate analysis of problems in routine check-up procedure. The app provides effective explanations and guidance for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients. Conclusion: It organically links the Internet with personalized medicine, which can effectively improve the popularity of medical knowledge and provide a reference for the application of medical services on the Internet. Meanwhile, this app can contribute to the improvement of medical standards and provide new models for modern medical management.

Patients’ online access to their EHR together with the rapid proliferation of medical information on the Internet has changed how patients use information to learn about their health. Patients’ tendency to turn to the Internet to find information about their health and care is well-documented. However, little is known about patients’ information seeking behavior when using online EHRs. By using information horizons as an analytical tool this paper aims to investigate the information behavior of cancer patients who have chosen to view their EHRs (readers) and to those who have not made that option (non-readers). Thirty interviews were conducted with patients. Based on information horizons, it seems that non-reading is associated with living in a narrower information world in comparison to readers. The findings do not suggest that the smallness would be a result of active avoidance of information, or that it would be counterproductive for the patients. The findings suggest, however, that EHRs would benefit from comprehensive linking to authoritative health information sources to help users to understand their contents. In parallel, healthcare professionals should be more aware of their personal role as a key source of health information to those who choose not to read their EHRs.

As One of Features from other Languages, the Chinese Tone Changes of Chinese are Mainly Decided by its Vowels, so the Vowel Variation of Chinese Tone Becomes Important in Speech Recognition Research. the Normal Tone Recognition Ways are Always Based on Fundamental Frequency of Signal, which can Not Keep Integrity of Tone Signal. we Bring Forward to a Mathematical Morphological Processing of Spectrograms for the Tone of Chinese Vowels. Firstly, we will have Pretreatment to Recording Good Tone Signal by Using Cooledit Pro Software, and Converted into Spectrograms; Secondly, we will do Smooth and the Normalized Pretreatment to Spectrograms by Mathematical Morphological Processing; Finally, we get Whole Direction Angle Statistics of Tone Signal by Skeletonization way. the Neural Networks Stimulation Shows that the Speech Emotion Recognition Rate can Reach 92.50%.

Underwater acoustic target recognition is an important part of underwater acoustic signal processing and an important technical support for underwater acoustic information acquisition and underwater acoustic information confrontation. Taking into account that the gated recurrent unit (GRU) has an internal feedback mechanism that can reflect the temporal correlation of underwater acoustic target features, a model with gated recurrent unit and Network in Network (NIN) is proposed to recognize underwater acoustic targets in this paper. The proposed model introduces NIN to compress the hidden states of GRU while retaining the original timing characteristics of underwater acoustic target features. The higher recognition rate and faster calculation speed of the proposed model are demonstrated with experiments for raw underwater acoustic signals comparing with the multi-layer stacked GRU model.

At present, hospitals in our country have basically established the HIS system, which manages registration, treatment, and charge, among many others, of patients. During treatment, patients need to use medical devices repeatedly to acquire all sorts of inspection data. Currently, the output data of the medical devices are often manually input into information system, which is easy to get wrong or easy to cause mismatches between inspection reports and patients. For some small hospitals of which information construction is still relatively weak, the information generated by the devices is still presented in the form of paper reports. When doctors or patients want to have access to the data at a given time again, they can only look at the paper files. Data integration between medical devices has long been a difficult problem for the medical information system, because the data from medical devices lack mandatory unified global standards and have outstanding heterogeneity of devices. In order to protect their own interests, manufacturers use special protocols, etc., thus causing medical devices to still be the "lonely island" of hospital information system. Besides, unfocused application of the data will lead to failure to achieve a reasonable distribution of medical resources. With the deepening of IT construction in hospitals, medical information systems will be bound to develop toward mobile applications, intelligent analysis, and interconnection and interworking, on the premise that there is an effective medical device integration (MDI) technology. To this end, this paper presents a MDI model based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Through abstract classification, this model is able to extract the common characteristics of the devices, resolve the heterogeneous differences between them, and employ a unified protocol to integrate data between devices. And by the IoT technology, it realizes interconnection network of devices and conducts associate matching between the data and the inspection with the terminal device in a timely manner.

In a world of expanding information and technological resources, there is increasingly a need for a citizenry that is able to access and use information and technology effectively (American Library Association, 2000). An information and technologically literate person should have access to, and be able to use, a host of available resources that include libraries, databases, and the internet in order to retrieve, evaluate, and use information effectively (Weil, 2006). This paper reports the findings of a study conducted at two Historically Black Universities that examined technology ownership and usage, as well as, the information acquisition habits of freshmen.
